The outer is washable, it's soft, the colour is good and the opening makes it easy to fill. I recommend using a mix of memory foam and polystyrene balls.

This thing is HUGE!
I have two king comforters, and a knitted blanket inside so far and there's so much more room. I am going to try some of the foam chunks to fill it up some more. The inner bag is good quality and easy to use. The outer case it nice thick material and easy to use. As you can see my cat Jackbear gives his approval.

Not happy
The filling bag was delivered busted open and someone tried to tape it with clear tape but it didn't work so I was not able to use bag its still in the box it was delivered in . I'm very disappointed and I know the person who packed this had to see this before delivering it.
