I'm always wary if buying new products for my kids. If it doesn't taste goof then they will not take it!Overall the kids approved if the taste and helps them fall asleep fast. They are inky 1 MG but they I have taken them and only needed one to get me to sleep.Highly recommended

This product is a good.. I couldn’t get by baby to sleep and a friend recommended this product and I bought it and gave him the first one and in about 5 minute he was knocked out and sleep throughout the night
