I bought this after considerable research into similar products. I have been totally impressed by the intelligent design and high standard of manufacture. As I fitted it, I realized that all the potential problems had been anticipated and solved. The end result is a very neat, adaptable and functional gate that can cope with some surprising spaces, far beyond a conventional child-gate. I bought it to create a puppy chew-proof zone in our large utility room - and it does the job perfectly. I can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic product. We bought this to keep curious baby out of the office. It's very sturdy, easy to fit and aesthetically pleasing. I like that even when it's fitted to the wall it has a way to temporarily disassemble it for moving furniture etc. Without unscrewing it. Looks good and the gate works well, stays open if opened fully and auto shuts when taken off the fully open position. Is solid over a large opening due to the shape of the gate. The connections to the wall are plastic so this is the week point. Installation was a pain, I believe you are expected to install the gate as it comes (fully built). I tried corner screwdriver bits but in the end I took the wall connector brackets off of the gate to install. The top brackets need you to press the little catch up and pull the bracket off, of course the metal pin then moves into the frame and gets stuck so you have to fish it out again. I certainly recommend taking some time to take the gate appart before installation. Once its up its up, I wont be trying to unclip it unless there is a very good reason to take it off.

Fitted this stairgate at the bottom on my sons stairs, to stop my grandsons climbing the stairs. I have tried a few designs. Other gates failed, but this gate has options and is very flexible! It can be fitted as is or changed by removing a side. It also has spacers when you fit the bottom to the skirting boards and the top doesnt reach the wall. Really fits odd shaped large areas at the bottom of the stairs, can be angled around to get the finish you need. Fixings are clear and it all clips together to make it strong. Will buy another if required at my house too.

Fantastic for our French doors - wish I had this years ago! I can keep the doors open in summer and communicate with older children or the dog in the garden, whilst keeping crawling children inside. Does move a little, even when it’s fixed as tight as it can go, but we can live with that.Also handy as a temporary child pen when the doors are shut.
