STERLING STEAKS Dry Aging Bags - The Ultimate Collection - Ribeye, Roast, Starter

Not a first time I did dry aging, but first time I’ve used these bags. First of all - that bag is melting when using vacuum sealer which makes it impossible to seal. When tried to seal with shorter time it wasn’t sealed properly and I had to do again… when used the usual sealing time it melted like cheese… I’ve ended up trying a few times and now I’m left without dry aging bags and 5kg Rib eye - which is wasted now! Let’s hope the seller will be fair enough and give me my wasted money back.
