Ordered the small. Came with a set of 2. Both ends unscrew if desired. It's not hard to put on at all. I mean it definitely achieved its purpose but if you can see in the pictures, It's pretty low hanging. So for me personally it got stuck in my lips a lot and when I would smile you could see the bar rather than just seeing the fangs.If it were shorter so you could just see the fangs and not the base of the fangs, I would be absolutely in love.The fangs are cute. They're not too long. But the bar is very long so it kinda ruins the look when you smile. I do think its worth the price I guess for $7. Like it achieved its purpose. And it might be different for you depending on how it fits your mouth.

It would be hard to eat whilst having it in.
