defective product/didn't work
defective product/didnt workpurchased cartridge for a neopost IS350. the machine not even recognized the cartridge had been changed, error given: no cartridge found or cartridge error.so had to go purchase one somewhere else :(return policy only 30days, unfortunately the time betwen receiving the cartridge and the older one finishing was longer than 30days, so the company did nothingwill not buy from this company again.

Doesn't print properly
I installed one of these a few weeks ago. It printed well for a little while, then we started getting gaps. I called NeoPost, who was remarkably unhelpful and only told me that obviously it was out of ink and I should buy a replacement from them right away.I tried to find the ecoPost, but they apparently do not exist anywhere but on Amazon, so I asked for a replacement. Got quick service on that, but I just installed the replacement, and guess what? It does the exact same thing. I wiped the heads with the included alcohol wipe as the instructions said to do. One had loads of ink on it. The other I had to swipe several times to get anything out of it.So onward, I tried the print head alignment, and I got the same gaps I had before.Then I tried the head cleaning function, and it got worse and worse. You can see above, the photo showing the number 1 above the printing was the initial cleaning. The one with the number 4 above the printing shows how it got more faded and the gap was worse.I don't know for sure if it's the ink cartridge. Just based on it doing the same thing with two, it could be the machine, but since nothing much wiped off the head prior to installation, I'm guessing it's the cartridge.I am posting this review mostly in hopes that somebody from ecoPost exists and will reach out to me. If I don't hear something soon, I'll buy another and return this.
