?Are both sides scratch free?

Yes, from what I noticed there was no scratching. I do noticed it was a little different from the yellow version. It is a little softer than the original scrub daddy.

Can it be used to clean marble surface?

I use it to clean my granite countertop with no problem.

Should it be wet to clean glass surface?

Yes. I used it wet with soap suds to clean glass stovetop.
