A**!
ACTUALLY GOOD, WELL PRICED, LEGIT LEGIT LEGIT LEGIT. TRIED EM MYSELF! SHOCKED.
I'm serious. I said, let's see how human-edible they are. First off, you crack open the bag... smells great. you check the ingredients while chomping on the little piece you just bit off and you find it's just basic stuff you can read type ingredients. AND they're not harmful (in moderation of course). not advocating feeding your dog on a lifetime supply of these BUT if you give a hoot about what your dog eats.... give them these treats for treats! please for the love of Dog... stop giving your fur babies wishbones, rawhide, corn ridden, main ingredient by-product, grain TRASH. people disgust me and I don't mean that as a bash against the ill-informed, but it seriously disgusts me how willing people are to get a puppy and feel them a multicolored, trash bag of crap thats not anything they should feed their dog. It isn't mean to give your dog DOG FOOD THATS NUTRITIOUS AND TREATS THAT WON'T KILL THEM. it's a caring person than loves their pup. Please just go off the simple principle of: Would I be ok with this if I couldn't fully express how I feel, what I like to eat, what bothers my stomach, and what makes me feel good WOULD I EAT THIS? A dog can't tell you everything and 9/10 won't deny a burger with bacon & cheese isn''t something he'd rather not get a belly ache over. and fries... tell me 1 wolf that can go to a McDonald's and get fries. tell me 1 wolf that has eaten fries since birth. tell me 1 squirrel that lives off fries. our dogs aren't supposed to eat that crap. A little grain is ok and actually pertinent for their vitamins and mineral intake but a wolf gets these from the wildlife he eats. So put that in perspective. If a grain primary food was what he should eat... and by-product should be their main ingredient in food.... why is a healthy wolf the pinnacle example of what your dog should look like and why are they not obese? because they aren't dieting on TRASH. Wildlife with organs, a meal inside the squirrel's stomach that contains light amounts of nuts and fruits, maybe some grain and fresh water from a spring IS ALL THEY NEED. THESE TREATS ARE GOOD. REAL INGREDIENTS. MY DOGS LOVE THEM. LEGIT LEGIT LEGIT. Anyone who says else wise is a crock and advocate of Hills Diet and Beggin' Strips. Both will lower your dog's life expectancy and give them discomfort DAILY if not all day every day. ok. Peace and Love. I was naive once too. still am with other stuff but know what is good for my pups. TRUST ME, try em yourself! They're seriously actually tasty haha. Blew me away. I was not paid to rant, I paid for these and I'm buying another bag right after submitting this review. Consider me an advocate 1000000%. Never felt so about a dog treat but I'm shocked. USA MADE USA GREAT!

My dogs absolutely love these
I have two rescue dogs and they both absolutely love these. I usually tear one in half to give to my Chihuahua and give my dachshund mix a full one when I give them a try. They both get extremely excited and happy whenever I get the bag out. I try to always keep them stocked for them.

OUTSTANDING DOG TREAT
Full Moon Chicken Jerky is made by the Perdue company that sells chicken for human consumption. It is JUST chicken with some seasoning, no additives, preservatives or GMO ingredients. My dog and grand dog LOVE these. If I ask if they want jerky, they run to the kitchen where these are stored. This is clearly one of the favorites. This looks like ground up chicken that is pressed into the thin handy sized strips and then cooked. I do tear it into to pieces for them since they would gulp up a whole strip if given the opportunity. The jerky is chewy and can get a bit harder as it comes in contact with air, so keep the bag sealed well. I feel great knowing the dogs are getting protein and not fillers, and grains and the dogs are EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!

Recipe change? Not Stored correctly. They’re either hard as a rock or like rubber.
This product is going downhill. This is the only treat my dog will eat and she’s been eating these for 11 years now. At one time I subscribed to the 1.5 pound bag, getting them once a month. At one time these were fantastic, but for the last year and a half I’d say when I first open the bag they’re hard as a rock. These use to be on the somewhat softer side but not as of lately. I stopped getting the big bags and opted for the smaller bags because my dog is getting older and doesn’t eat as much of many anymore so if the bag isn’t sealed close tight, getting the air out completely then they get even harder. Now I order the smaller bags here and there or when I’m running low and not going to be making a Walmart run. The closest Walmart is 45 min from me and I can’t get these in the town I live in. I’m also finding when I purchase these from Amazon sometimes when I open a new bag first time vs when I purchase them from Walmart, these are already hard as a rock. They’re never like this when I purchase them from Walmart. I don’t know if these aren’t being stored correctly at Amazon or at Full Moon but I’m tired of getting these hard like this, my dog won’t eat them then, & I think I’m going to resort to buying them from Walmart only. These are not cheap and I’m tired of getting these and they’re hard as a rock or they’re like rubber where I have to cut them with scissors and again my dog can’t even bite into them. At one time the company would take care of you if you had an issue and they did offer me a replacement bag but I have yet to see it and it’s been about a month. That makes 3 bags in about 5-6 weeks I had to throw away. At $26 a bag that’s a lot of money. One of them was from Walmart so it’s something the company is doing wrong or different. Looks like their customer service is going down the tubes too. 7/12/26 I am changing my review from a 3 star to a one star. As stated above I’ve been buying these treats and only these as it’s the only treats my dog will eat, for 11+ years now. After buying a few more bags at $26.44 each the issue is still on going. It doesn’t matter where they’re purchased. I just opened a new bag today and again they’re like rubber. I need scissors to cut them. When I emailed the company I did receive a response and was told they’re being over baked and that’s why they are like rubber. Still no replacement bag either. Over the 4th of July weekend we went camping with some friends who also have a dog and I asked permission to give there dog one of these treats after I cut it into small pieces, I also let them know what was happening with the treats. They said it was ok to give their dog some. About an hour later their dog threw them all up and what came up were the little pieces I had cut that. I felt so bad. I threw the bag away. I placed an order for another bag giving it one more chance only because my dog is driving me nuts as she dances around for these treats not understanding why we don’t have any. I got the bag today and opened them right away and again I got a bag of rubber treats. I don’t know what to do as I said it’s the only treats my dog will eat, well not true because she won’t even eat these anymore either. I guess I will be on the hunt for a replacement as I can’t afford to spend the money just to throw them in the garbage. I wish whatever they’ve changed or whatever is going on would be corrected. After reading other reviews of people who have been buying these for many years some are finding the same type of issue as I am. I am going to call the company and talk to someone, no more emails, to see if they have done anything to fix the issue or to see if they changed something in the recipe. Hopefully I can find out what’s going on. This is beyond ridiculous. The money I’ve spent in the last few months only to throw them away.
