Comfort and Function
I'm in between the M and L on the provided sizing chart. Since they stretch, I went with the M and they fit comfortably, don't look awful granny panties, AND I don't have to worry about a pad bunching up and staining my underwear or getting on my clothing. If you're squeamish about blood, stop reading now.......I deal with PCOS and endometriosis which make my periods HEAVY for the first 3-4 days. I ordered 2 pairs of these underwear and two pairs of the kind with the white waistband (from the same manufacturer). They absorbed better than a pad, were comfortable, and the top layer stayed dry. Amazing.I had been thinking about buying the really expensive version of these underwear (th*nx) but the price was ridiculous. These underwear do exactly what I need them to do for half the price. They are easy to hand wash and hang dry. I plan on ordering more. The stitching and waistband are solid and they don't bunch, don't ride up, and don't roll. They provide front and back coverage. They're literally perfect. If you're on the fence about these, I urge you to give them a try. They'll save you money (no pads or tampons needed, and you won't stain your regular underwear and have to replace them). When I ordered these, there were no other reviews on them. I took a chance and ordered them anyway and I'm glad I did. I was NOT paid to write this review and I was not given any incentive to write this review. The product truly is fantastic.

These are great period panties!
I own 7 kinds of period panties. The Bambody period panties are my favorite!!!! They fit well and they absorb well. They compare to Thinx as far as absorbency. They possibly even hold more than my Thinx. I recommend them to anyone that is thinking of purchasing period panties. You get three pairs of these for the cost of one pair of Thinx.

Comfortable and secure, prefer over Thinx
I purchased this product for all-day use, not just overnight wear. I also purchased a pair of Thinx, and this performed as well if not better, and for a fraction of the price!Sizing: matched my standard underwear size.Comfort: breathable fabric that didn't make me sweat like pads do. Felt exactly like wearing a regular pair of underwear.Protection: Medium flow lady here. I typically changed pad/tampon every 2-3 hours on my heaviest day. I was able to wear one pair of these the entire day, changing to a new pair before bed. I will note that when I used the restroom, I did use some toilet paper to remove any fluid that I could to prolong the wearable time. If you've got a heavy flow, I would suggest changing partway through the day or starting out with a tampon/pad to give yourself some extra time to get home to change it. I never had any issues with leaking. This product stayed exactly where I needed it to, no shifting out of place and causing a mess. This was actually an issue I've had with my pair of Thinx, which is why I would rate this product over theirs.

Inconsistent sizing; poor customer service.
I have 6 pairs of these that I bought about 2 years ago. They started to show some wear so I decided to replace 3 of them. Unfortunately, upon receiving my new 3-pack, I noticed that they've changed the sizing since my last order. I previously purchased a medium and those fit me well. The new mediums are more than 1" smaller (when laying flat, see photos). I sent the photos showing the difference to Bambody hoping they would fix the issue given that it's inconsistent sizing on their part but they only offered me a partial credit (to their store, not even a refund). I'm so bummed. I've recommended this brand to so many people but based on this experience, I won't again. $40 wasted.

They’re a game changer.
I cannot praise this product enough. They’re a game changer. Far more affordable than the bigger names out there, and superb quality. What you should know about the product:The fit is perfect. I haven’t experienced a leak yet (I’ve read that they can leak if worn alone on a heavy day). They’re very comfortable. They keep me dry. They’re not bulky and they don’t bunch up. And they have no scent at all!A more in-depth description of my experience:I have endometriosis and fibroids, and periods are hell for me. I ordered these underwear and some sea sponges because I wanted to find a more reusable option. I’ve tried the diva cup, but it leaks and it was too painful for me personally. I’ve only been able to wear pads for about a year now, but my flow is very heavy and I’ve stained everything I own.I received the underwear just in time for my period. I started out with the sponges and the underwear. The undies caught the leaks and kept me dry. The sponges became too painful, so I switched to just the undies when my flow had lightened a bit. They’ve kept me dry and leak-free overnight, as well as during the day. I bought a 3-pack, so I just wash them and wear new ones when needed. I hand wash and hang dry them to help preserve them as long as possible.I am amazed at how much the undies can hold, and they never get bulky like pads. They also have no scent! No more smelly periods! Apparently the smell you get on pads is caused by the chemicals in the pads, not your period. I didn’t know this til now.I will absolutely be ordering more of these. And I’ll try to update this review when I find out how long the undies last before deteriorating.* Photo of undies with toothpaste for size reference. These are size small.

Fits small
Good quality well made. Fits small and the high waste is not as high as I wish. I’m Normally a L but I ordered the XL as I’m pp and it fits but I prefer looser underwear after pregnancy.
