This has saved me from oversleeping. It hasn’t failed me once. I wear it on my ankle so I can’t take it off while I’m still half asleep without sitting up. The shock function HURTS, it feels like a wasp sting and it will wake you up. If I have the vibrate/beep on as a warning, the frantic-ness of trying to get it off my foot before the shock goes off is also enough to get me out of bed without the pain. Battery life is amazing, it lasts about a week. The app could be better, I like the failsafe alarm features but the tasks to turn off the alarm are too easy and there isn’t a setting to make them harder. Luckily the shock or the fear of being shocked has gotten me up every time, and there is a setting to immediately shock you if you try to snooze the alarm ;)It is expensive but not as expensive as losing your job to oversleeping. The price is worth it for this and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am extremely happy with my new Pavlok 3 (Deluxe Edition) habit breaker wrist band. It was very easy to set up and it synced with my Samsung Galaxy S20 very quickly and easily... no problem at all. I watched their Youtube video on setting up the watch and they made it easy and simple to understand. Of course, the Pavlok 3 does much more than just habit breaking but that's why i use it.First of all, I love the adjustable "Snap" (electric zap) feature. It can be quickly adjusted from 10% - 100% by using the free cell phone app. I personally use the Snap at 90% - 100% and believe me, you do feel it. It really works! I've had an embarrassing habit for years and the Pavlok 3 is in the process retraining my brain. I do notice the difference and that's just after 2 days of use. I figure after another month or so the habit will be completely gone. Thank God for this little device that's worth every penny.The deluxe metal band is very attractive, works well, easily adjustable and is very comfortable to wear. The main part of the wrist band (the snap/zapper) is sleek and futuristic looking; It looks really nice, like an expensive watch. One of the best things about it is that nobody will know what it is or does... they will assume it's a watch or some kind of health band. Anyway, I am extremely happy with this purchase and could recommend it to anyone who wants to break an unwanted habit... like I have.Another feature I like is that by double-tapping on the face of the (zapper) it will quickly show you the charge level of the device. 6 little lights will light up when fully charged and as the charge level goes down so will the number of little lights. The upper-most light is green with the rest being yellow. No need to charge every day; this device holds a charge for many days... up to 7 days, depending upon how many times the zapper is used and at what level/strength.Again, just to recap... I really like and greatly appreciate this device. I find it very useful and helpful for those trying to break bad habits who haven't been successful in doing so by themselves. It's easy to set up, use, and understand. It's very attractive and comfortable to wear. This device is perfect for those in need of help or are at wits end in trying to stop a bad habit.One last thing... NO, I don't work for nor am affiliated in any way to Pavlok. I'm just a regular customer who is extremely happy to have found a working solution to a problem I've had for years. Maybe the Pavlok 3 can help you too, just like it did me.To the seller... Important detail: I’m missing right arm from elbow down. I received the item, obviously tried it out, and tested it on 40% and bam, could’ve swore I seen a spark shoot out of my elbow. I convinced my wife to put it on and hit it at 40% and she said it wasn’t bad, then 50% same thing, I’m convinced it isn’t making good contact so I adjust it on her, then boom I hit her with 100% and she jumped. After playing with it for awhile, figuring it out, I decided to put it on my right bicep so I could turn it off. At some point during the night I pulled it off, my wife proceeded to put it on my only wrist (problem 1) with the buttons on the top side (problem 2) because even if wanted to try to push buttons with my arm they were on the wrong side. At 3:00 am my wife went to fix baby a bottle, at 3:05 my alarm went off. 100% zap⚡️. I immediately jumped out of bed wondering what hit me, I quickly realized it was the ol Pavlok 3, at which point I realize it’s on my only wrist, I look around for my wife to pull it off, she’s nowhere to be found, and I’m stuck in this thing, then it starts beeping and before I know it ⚡️⚡️I get hit again. I’m trying not to scream and wake the baby up, I start hitting at the wrist band to break it loose with my half of an arm, and it starts beeping again ⚡️⚡️⚡️ boom I’m zapped again. At this point I’m flailing like an inflatable in front of a used car lot, after the second zap my hand locked up 🤌, the 3rd time It feels like a nightmare. I finally get the band loose, get it down to my knuckles and ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ hit again at which point I get it off. Keep in mind this has all happened in less than a minute. My wife then walk in wanting to know what’s wrong with me and I had to tell her this story. Long story short, it works great as advertised, I wasn’t even groggy when I got out of bed, and starting tonight it’s going on my ankle.

I had such high hopes for this device. I'm in my mid-30s & have severe ADHD. Given that I began medication treatment for my ADHD back in my teens, they now have little to no effect, & my ADHD has continued to worsen w/age. This device is marketed as a self-help mechanism for managing ADHD. However, there are two primary problems with this. 1) It should be made much clearer that you are required to purchase a separate subscription service from Pavlock in addition to the (in my opinion) highly overpriced watch. Yes, you can technically use the app and device for free, but the features you can utilize are extremely limited. If you want to attempt to use the watch for it's advertised purpose, be prepared to pay more than the couple hundred dollars you spent for the watch. 2) I wouldn't bother with the premium plan, or the watch at all, to be frank. There is no screen on this watch, not even customizable blinking lights- nothing at all. Originally when I purchased it, I assumed the design was an aluminum cover that opened to access the watch. This is not the case. So while you can set the watch to (for example) remind you to brush your teeth throughout the day, all this does is cause the watch to vibrate. It is the same vibration for any reminders, alerts, goal reminders, etc. The watch simply vibrates all day long. You either have to have your phone with you at all times to view the corresponding Pavlock app notification whenever your watches vibrates or you simply have to guess why it's vibrating. With this design, not only is it the exact OPPOSITE of ADHD support, it has less usefulness than a $5 knock off smart watch you can get on AliExpress. I already have a Garmin, FitBit and Apple watch. All of these are capable of sending reminders, calendar notifications etc, and they do not require you to carry around a cell phone in order to view these reminders. Because what's the point of the watch if you have to carry the phone as well? All in all this device seemed to be specifically created solely to make a mockery of people like myself who struggle to remember deadlines/manage time/prioritize tasks due to ADHD.

Good idea. Lots of problems.First, the app will not maintain connectivity to the watch by default - I've had to re-pair the device to the app almost every morning in order to stop getting zapped. Supposedly this saves power. You **WILL** need to give it unrestricted power. It makes the device profoundly unpleasant to use. This also interferes with setting any kind of alarm on it quickly.Second, the app just became unusable on a fully updated Android phone on 04JUL2025 - apparently due to feature adds that required new permissions - But of course there's nothing to communicate this. I've had this for four months and it was a paperweight until I researched this - after a LOT of troubleshooting. Completely wiping the device and the app and reinstalling will not corrected this issue, and no means of interacting with setting this device is possible without the app. And despite the app's other supposed habit-sculpting functions, I never figured out a meaningful way to use them - that could be a "me" thingI cannot stress enough how much of an absolute chore the use of this device has been because of these issues.I will say the shock function will generally wake one up quite quickly - my primary use case. The vibration function is... decent. The audible beep is very poor, however. The physical construction of the actual device seems reasonably robust.I had originally stated it would take a miracle to get me to purchase from them again, but finding a solution will qualify for the moment. I'm frustrated that they can't do better given the general improvements in wearables. I'm perturbed. A better app would do wonders for this. It's unique, and serves a good purpose

Let me start off with my initial impression of this (from memory).Unpackaging this device, it seemed kinda cheap. The housing and band holder is all plastic. The appearance comes off sleek at a distance, but actually using it felt a bit cheap. If I had to ballpark the price of it from a guess, I'd say maybe $100. I paid almost $240 for it on here.Lets continue on to the reason for this, which to me, helped justify the price.I have had issues waking up regularly in the morning. Working at a trash-hole of a job (to put it nicely) was depressing some days and I had minimal motivation to get out of bed and deal with a narcissistic, family owned company. I needed money though, so I dealt with it. Unfortunately not having any motivation to get up and deal with such an arrogant, oblivious boss caused for some repetitive tardiness and, of course, risk of losing said job. I saw ads for this, so I went for it. After all, losing $240 is much better than a steady paycheck that could wind up being 4-5 figures deep over a long period (between jobs and risk of a pay cut).That being said, the price point was worth it in my situation specifically.Now, on to my longer term results and expectations of this device.I've owned this for about 10 months now, used solely as an alarm clock (I have a smartwatch for day use). In this time, I've had at least one of the LEDs go out (third amber one), battery performance has reduced significantly, and I'm pretty sure it's close to (if not already) dead. Surprisingly my initial expectations were proven wrong, as I was expecting the housing or wristband clips to break well before the internal components.My current situation is the charge barely holds, and the red light blinks in what appears to be more code, spelling VIIT (no idea what that means). Maybe it's just extra dead and needs to sit on the charger for a longer time. It's been doing random red blinks for some time now, though. I get this isn't meant to last a decade, but I was hoping for at least two years considering the price point. I've had smart watches around the same price last longer, and they do a heck of a lot more (except "snap" you).TL;DRQuality appears cheap, but holds up. Internal components are not made to last super long. Mine appears to be reaching EOL after about 10 months of use solely as an alarm clock.

The decice works exactly as it should, as long as you can sync the app. They've GOT to get some new developers or something.But I've gotten up on time every day for the past 2 weeks and honest to God... my skin is clearer than ever since I've got the device set up to remind me to drink water. Went from barely getting 16oz a day to almost 80oz. I feel so much better too. I'm more productive because I'm not rushing in the mornings. I set the tone for the day by having time to be productive or journal. It's been my game changer. I opted for the jumping jack mode because I didn't want to have to pick up my phone for any reason. Touching my phone in the AM leads to doom scrolling and I hated that. This has worked well for me. Just wish I could utilize ALL the functionality that the app is supposed to offer.

Awesome product it wakes me up and I’ve tried EVERYTHING on some long nights it’s harder and I manage to sleep through the 100% shock but other than that it does what so many alarms and bed shakers never could. 10/10 recommend if you’re someone who could sleep through just about anything. AND it doesn’t wake up my whole house so they’re nicer to me in the morning 😊

The product is the worst idea I’ve ever come across. I expected it to help me, but instead, it caused numbness in the hand where I wore the watch and led to nerve damage. I will be filing a lawsuit soon, along with the attached medical report. I returned the product a month ago and still haven’t received a refund.

No lo compren, no sirve, tiene q estar vinculada con una app q no la tienen actualizada, su ultima actualizacion lo dejo inservible, no reconoce los metodos para despertar, hace que la pulsera q no te ayude en nada y la avientes.
