I have super hooded Asian eyes and very little experience with lashes, so I was a bit nervous trying these out. To my surprise, they were way easier to apply than a full strip lash - breaking them up into clusters makes the process way less intimidating (and less messy with glue).The 10mm length gives a really subtle, natural look, but on my eyes it was almost too subtle. If you want them to stand out more, I’d recommend going for the 12mm or 14mm lengths instead. Once I got them on, though, they stayed put really well; no weird lifting or drooping.Lightweight, comfy, and totally beginner-friendly. I’m officially converted to lash clusters!

Really easy with a short learning curve. Look awesome. Comfortable. I've been wearing them for 3 days in this pic. I’ve reused these lashes for the second time. I have had professional lashes for almost 3 years and finally stopped. These are making life so much better. In this pic I have 10mm and 12mm. Good length for daily use and I bought 14mm for weddings or going out. I wake up and they look identical without warping or anything. 10/10

This brand, lilac st, is quite literally the only brand of lashes and glue that I have found that my eyes will tolerate, here is why:Their lashes are seamless. I’ve tried others that have a similar claim and they feel like sandpaper scratching my eyes every time I blink. When I wear Lilac St lashes I don’t feel them on my lashes they are that lightweight.The glue is unmatched. It tends to dry very quickly (the pro version) which I like. When used with Lilac glue, their lashes can stay on for up to a week!! On top of that, they can be cleaned and re-worn up to three times, I mean they are just the best quality!! They always look so beautiful, like they were done in a salon. I cannot recommend them enough!!They have a tone of resources and guides on how to achieve certain lash looks on their website. I wear the 12 mm size in every style.

I use Lashify and was looking for a cheaper alternative. I did not like these at all. I wasn't even able to get them on.I got the 10mm and 12mm as I usually do with Lashify. The glue is a brush so it was clumpy and extra stick in some spots. This made my natural lashes clump up. The lashes came in one big strip when I thought it would be separate. Peeling them off the package was super hard that I stretched out one cluster to the point that I couldn't use it. Once I got the strip of lashes off, I had to careful cut each cluster so that I can use them. Not ideal and not fun.Now, while cutting them, I noticed that there was a clear stick strip on these lashes which I overlooked and proceed to apply them on my eyes. Well, it created a weird gap that I can't explain. I'm sorry I don't have pictures, they wouldn't stay on and my eyes were itchy. The wand they give you is flimsy and it was better to use my hands.Needless to say, they went straight in the garbage and I went straight to Lashify this morning and purchased more lashes and glue. One of my favorite lash sets! They are so much easier to apply than most brands I’ve tried, however I am not a huge fan of the glue. I prefer to only use them spontaneously, as they do not last as long as my daily sets, but when I do, I am so impressed with how quick and easy the application process is. I also think they are priced well!

I am extremely impressed with these Lilac St. eyelashes. I’ve only tried a couple of other brands that claimed to be long-wear, but they always ended up falling off the same night and were completely gone by the third day. These lashes, however, lasted a total of 8 days before the glue loosened enough for me to gently remove them.I wash my face every night and use micellar cleansing water to remove any eye makeup residue — and aside from trying to be a little gentle, I didn’t change my normal skincare or makeup routine. They still lasted beautifully for over a week! Only one lash segment lost its hold by the third day, but I quickly reapplied it with a bit more bond and it stayed put.I should add that I have very short, barely-there natural lashes, so getting this kind of result is even more impressive. I will definitely keep buying these and recommend them to anyone who wants natural-looking, long-lasting DIY lashes without the salon price tag!

Honestly, I expected a lot more from Lilac St. because of the price and all the glowing reviews. The lashes look nice and the quality feels decent, and the band is a bit thinner than Falscara, which I liked.The lengths felt too long for me. The curve is just a bit too dramatic for my eye shape, even on the more natural styles (I’ve tried the originals and the feather, same issue).That said, they do look decent while they’re on. I could get about 24 hours before they started lifting. All in all, not terrible, but not quite worth the hype or the price tag for me.

I’ve been doing my own lashes for a few years now and this is the best diy lashes to date. For it to last awhile, it’s best to use their own Lilac St glue for best results. You’ll be amazed of how many compliments you’ll be receiving from friends and strangers as well.
