How is the access for the charging and audio jacks? Is there room to plug into the phone without strain to the cable or port?

I have had no issues at all . Just a note my phone dropped off my bike doing 55 MPH and this case saved my phone.

Do I use both screen protector at the same time?

No, one at a time. The second is an extra.

Does this case work with a wireless charger?

it is made out of plastic and rubber so it should work with wireless charging with no problems

Will the phone slide if placed on a smooth surface ?

I don't think it will slide. The back is textured but not sticky. Depends how hard you push against it.
