Amazing, helped with my foot, ankle, knee, and lower back pain.

Amazing! when you are on your feet all day on hard/concrete floors. I worked in a factory with and without these and once I tried them I never went back. Im 300lbs and my knees, ankle, and back have always given me problems but after adjusting to these insoles it has helped incredibly. I dont think I will ever go back to any other insole. When you have a good foundation it helps everything above it.
