Does what itโs supposed to do
First set of suspenders Iโve owned does whatโs supposed to do, but very frustrating to adjust. Once you get a general idea on how the straps work you should be fine afterwards

Strap adjustments will, in fact, drive you insane.
Good product, well made and will serve my purpose just fine. I read the reviews before purchasing and noticed a common thread...the straps are confusing to adjust. I thought "how hard can it be?" I'm not designing rockets but I'm pretty good at figuring things out, plus I wore military web gear for decades. Well, the reviews are correct. Mine are adjusted to fit now but it took me a long time. A word of advice to the manufacturer: Go to the local Army-Navy Store and get an old set of military web gear, meaning the "suspenders" that hold up a cartridge belt. You adjust the tension on these by simply pulling the straps tight once you get your shoulders through them and your belt buckled. They lock with a simple cam that, when pressed, releases the tension in order to loosen. The other huge advantage is that if you increase or decrease the load (ammo, water, etc.) on your cartridge belt, you can quickly readjust the tension on your straps without removing your gear. The loose strap after adjustment is inserted into an elastic keeper for a neat appearance. A civilian version of this is what we need. So, for those considering a purchase, order these, they will work, but be prepared to need therapy afterwards.

Great value
This is meant to be worn over the vest, however, at our department, the vest must be worn over everything else. It still works under the vest, though some of the plastic pieces do tend to dig in as you move around. I got used to it after a few days and now it doesn't really bother me much. The one thing I would change is that the thin shoulder pads do tend to move around. I'm working on a way to modify it to keep those in place. It's not that big of a deal right now, but may become annoying later. The reviews regarding customizing the size were absolutely spot on. It was easier to have a second set of hands to assist because it saved me from having to remove the suspenders, resize, and test again over and over.Overall, since wearing this, I have noticed a lot less pain in my hips at the end of the day. I've had some shoulder soreness but I attribute that to being from the shift in weight. For the price, this is a really great product. I haven't run into any quality issues like stitching, fraying, or non-functional buttons, and even if the suspenders began coming apart after 12 months (as I've seen some reviews mention), I'd likely purchase again.

the Blackhawk tore up too easily and the Blauer didn't come with keepers
I've had lower back problems for several years. After a few years of my duty belt digging and riding on my hips, I started look at getting a set of suspenders. I looked at a few brands and was seriously considering the Blackhawk and Blauer Brands. After reading a few reviews, the Blackhawk tore up too easily and the Blauer didn't come with keepers. So I ordered these. They came fairly quick and with everything. When I put them on and finally figured out how to adjust them, they worked pretty well. I took the weight of my duty belt off my hips and are pretty comfortable. After a month of using them, I don't know why I've never ordered them before. I can work a 12+ hour shift and no back pain. There are several reviews on here complaining about the adjustment points and how much of a pain it is to do so, but after looking at them for a few minutes, I was able to figure it out. If you are looking for pain relief, I would recommend them and have done so with a few officers in my department.

Good Tactical Suspenders
These are exactly what I was looking for. They are made of sturdy nylon and seem to be a good pair of tactical suspenders. My ONLY concern is the swivel clips that connect the belt keeps to the suspender system. They are made of plastic and do not appear to be sturdy. Time will tell if they hold up. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.I suggest one thing to the manufacture. The addition of a mic holder on the shoulders.

Best for work
I wouldn't wear these with a tux but putting on some jeans to do some work, absolutely. They are sturdy and last a long time. I lost my first pair when I switched jobs. Had to buy another one.

fit around standard OCP belt (kind army is wearing now) and easily underneath my OCP blouse
My hip holster causes my pants to slide down. Bought these suspenders. fit around standard OCP belt (kind army is wearing now) and easily underneath my OCP blouse. seems to work fine.4 stars cause the tightening/loosing mechanize to adjust the size is a kinda wonky. Little bit odd to adjust to the right size, but once they are set the adjusters don't slip at all so that was probably done by design.

Does the job
I bought these because I have back problems from my duty belt. This the black hawk ones I wanted did ship overseas, so I was stuck with these. They do the job, since I used them my back pain has not been as bad. But the one people I have is adjusting them. The Blackhawk ones I wanted are simple pull down pull up to adjust. This rig you have to mess with 2 plastic loops that make fine adjustments a pain.
