Excellent ventilation.
Ventilation is excellent. Shake your hand and you will feel the air passing through. Unfortunately, the seam on the inside of the thumb (on the index finger side) near the knuckle is a bit too close to the bottom of the thumb and can cause irritation as it gets between the thumb and racquet handle. Moving this seam up closer to the top of the thumb would solve the issue.

Just a glove no extra padding in the palm
This glove is adequate, however it does not have extra padding on your palm. I believe the racquet will wear on the heel of your palm and create a hole in the glove. This is a good glove, but I would like to have the extra padding.

My wife took this glove from me for racquetball because it was too small for me. She enjoys it for a better racquet grip.
