So far it seems to work fine. We most often use it to check the temperature of whole chickens.The time to reach the temperature seems pretty quick, much faster than the analog thermometers that we have used in the past.It is nice to have the temperatures for different meats right on the thermometer.

I used this last night when I cooked chicken. I have never used a meat thermometer before, so I am an amateur. It seemed to work as far as I could tell. My only complaint with this product would be the fact that it is difficult to actually open the probe. I used a knife edge to slide under it and actually lift it up. I tried using my finger nail, but it wouldn't budge. I am wondering if I am missing some button or something that actually opens the probe? Other than that, it was easy to use. I can't say anything about the accuracy, but I am hoping it is accurate. I will definitely use this product each time I cook meat because I have always just guessed when something was done.

Works very well. Responds quickly so I have my hand in the oven for a much shorter time than my previous thermometer. Came with its own battery so was able to use it, with a quick wipe, right out of the box.

uhh it's a thermometer not rocket science. I just want to turn something on and have it work. this isn't it.
