My wife uses it constantly for all of her baking as well as her homemade granola, which are all delicious. The price is reasonable making it the perfect choice. No need to look elsewhere.

Excellent for cooking

I was looking for pure vanilla and this states on the ingredients list that it is vanilla extracted from vanilla beans. The Amazon description says there's alcohol also but I opened the bottle and could not smell or taste any alcohol (I have a strong sense for smelling things.) This is a product from Mexico where they have superior vanilla. I haven't used it yet but will do so this week. I gave it 4 stars due to the discrepancy with the ingredients. It has nothing to do with the quality of the product. I am satisfied with the description on the bottle and hope that Amazon changes the ingredients description.

There is a difference in good vanilla & the imitation vanilla. The price was fair.
