I bought the Tidal Tank for my 11-year-old son to help him build functional strength for baseball, and it’s been a great addition to his training. The shifting water keeps every exercise challenging and really makes him engage his core and balance. He actually enjoys using it, which is a huge plus. It’s easy to use - the handles provide various options as to how to use it. Most of all though, this piece of unassuming equipment does a lot at once - strength, obviously, but the water component results in core activation & is awesome for balance work. Highly recommend.
