I purchased the Simply Gourmet measuring cups and measuring spoons because I wanted a good-quality set that would hold up to regular use, and I have been genuinely impressed with them. The first thing I noticed was how substantial they feel. These are not lightweight, flimsy measuring tools. They have a satisfying weight in the hand, feel sturdy and well made, and the finish is beautiful. They look and feel like kitchen tools that were designed to last rather than something I'll be replacing in a year or two. More importantly, they're simply enjoyable to use. I've already reached for them repeatedly while cooking and have found myself appreciating them every time. That's not something I expected to say about measuring cups and spoons, but here we are. They're functional, attractive, comfortable to handle, and feel considerably nicer than the inexpensive sets I've owned in the past. I especially appreciate that the quality is apparent as soon as you pick them up. If you're looking for measuring cups and spoons that feel like real kitchen tools rather than an afterthought tucked into a drawer, I would happily recommend these. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Handles are short but, I think this is a good feature. First set of measuring cups that fits in my drawer stacked. Solid. I think these will be very popular. My last set of measring cups, the handle suddenly broke off . I was then wearing and cleaning a cup of sugar. I had other things to do! Two old sets are no longer readable. I do not feel llke replacing meauring tools. These seem to be solid, well balanced.stackable, clear. Delighted to have long thin measuring spoons. I predict less mess.

I’ve been looking for a larger assortment of Good quality metal measuring cups with a nice weight to them for a few years now. After comparing many that I came across on Amazon, I finally found these beauties and ordered them! The moment I took these metal measuring cups out of their box I knew I chose well! The variation in sizes is idea since I cook and bake often, the shape is a nice rounded measuring cup and I like the handles since they rest comfortably in one’s hand as well which will make them quite easy to use! They also have a nice weight to them, not light weight like my old set. I haven’t used these yet, although I’ve been cooking and baking for decades so I’m confident these will hold up for many, many years to come! Thank you for making such a well made product!

While I was house/cat-sitting for a friend last week, I needed to bake a cake to take to a gathering I was attending. I brought all of the pre-measured ingredients from home in Ziploc bags, but I needed to swing by Trader Joe's and buy some almond flour. When I got to my friend's house, I started making the cake. I opened the drawer where her measuring cups are kept and picked them up. WOW! They felt solid. I found the cup I needed, measured out the almond flour, and finished making the cake. As soon as it was in the oven, I went to Amazon and ordered the cups along with their measuring spoon set. This set has more cups than my original set. I also love the new measuring spoons with a narrow profile. The tablespoon on my set is always a problem when measuring something from a spice jar. I've been using the same measuring cups and spoons that my mother gave me when I moved into my first apartment at 21. I'm 67 yrs old now! I think mine are aluminum. Very lightweight, and the cups don't nest as nicely as these do. These will last a lifetime...and then some. WHAT ARE THE ORANGE PLASTIC THINGS IN THE BOX? They're measuring cup handle extenders! If you look on the flat end of the plastic extender, you'll see there's an opening. Line up the extender with the handle, and it slides on easily. If it doesn't slide on easily, turn the extender over. (The handle has a slight curve.)

The BEST measuring set ever! I love the fact that they are metal, quality made, and the measurements are embossed instead of printed. I have dozens of plastic ones that the measurements have all vanished. The leveler is perfect for the set. My husband is an Executive Chef and balked when I got these (who measures? lol). I bake a lot and these are amazing. Washes quickly and easily.

Nice set, looks premium and nice weight, has a little pour spout, plus has 7 cups. But handles are only about 1.75 inches, a little shorter than I'd like, and they don't nest as consistently as I'd like....the holes in the handles don't line up if you use the supplied ring to hold the set together. The Tiluck 7 piece set has longer handles and they line up, plus it is $10 cheaper. The Tiluck are also $10 less expensive. But their finish is not as shiny, no pour spout, and edges maybe not quite as smooth as the Simply Gourmet so they don't looks quite as premium, if that matters to you. So depends what you value...longer handles and lower price vs nicer looks.

I cook alot, and was tired of measuring cup handles that fell off. This set of measuring cups is very well made. It has a little heft to it. I like that there are a few odd sized cups, such as the 1/8 and 2/3. They nest together easily and come with a good-sized ring to keep them all together. Definitely recommend!

I ordered the 15-Piece Set version of this and I love it. I use it for baking as well as other cooking purposes. I use it daily, multiple times a day, and I'm kicking myself for not buying it earlier. It's simply amazing. The product is a durable stainless steel. It's visually attractive, easy to wash, and the edges are not sharp like some of the cheaper brands that skimp on the production process (buffing?) It's worth paying more for this set so you don't cut yourself. The ergonomics of the spoons are excellent. The handles are long, enabling you to reach into tall bags and jars. The top of both the spoons and cups are flat, so that you can level them off to get a more exact quantity. Another neat little detail is that on the measuring cups, there are embossed notches showing partial measurements, so you can use a larger cup to get a rough estimate of a smaller measurement too. I LOVE the addition of the 1/2 tablespoon and 2 teaspoon / 1/8th cup units as well. I use these almost every day, in part because I tend to make things in small batches, and they're sizes that are not included in most sets. Some of the other ones, I rarely use though (3/4 cup, 2/3 cup, and 3/4 tsp). If I had any one complaint, it would be that I wish I could have bought a set without those three ones, but still including the 1/2 tablespoon and 2 teaspoon/1/8th cup ones. Unfortunately, if you size down to the 12 piece set, it still includes the 3/4 cup and 2/3rd cup and 3/4 teaspoon sizes, but it omits the much-needed 1/2 tablespoon and 2 tablespoon sizes. But that's an exceedingly minor complaint. This set is simply the best set of measuring cups and spoons I have ever owned, and at $47 it was worth every penny (although I see the price has gone up now to nearly $56, which is starting to get more expensive.) The set includes two snap-on plastic handles that can make the handles longer on the measuring cups. (Only the spoons have very long handles.) Although the longer handles are useful, because I'm primarily measuring flour with them, I found these snap-on handles less useful because flour tends to get stuck underneath and around the edges of them, so I prefer using the cups as-is. Some people have complained about the small handles on the cups being inconvenient, but it hasn't bothered me at all. The cups and spoons both stack nicely, which is good if you use them less frequently and want them to store without taking up space. Not me though. I'm using these every day so they spend most of their time out, in-use, in the sink, or in the drying rack waiting to be used again!

Sehr gute Qualität. Auch sehr robust. Keine scharfen Kanten. Sauber verarbeitet. Die kommen direkt aus den USA und sind echte “cup“ Messbecher (1 cup = 237ml) . Die vielen asiatischen Anbieter bieten 1 Cup = 250ml an. Das Mehrgeld lohnt sich. Ein Produkt, dass mir bestimmt lange Freude machen wird. Kurz zu dem angeblichen Manko, was ein Rezensent schreibt, dass die Becher an einem Ring zusammengehalten werden und dieser nicht öffnen geht ? Dass ist nicht richtig. Natürlich geht der Ring zu öffnen. Man muss nur wissen wie. Es gibt eine Stelle, an denen die Ringbügel verzahnt sind. Drückt man den Ring leicht zusammen, öffnet sich dieser. Voilà und man entnimmt nur den Becher, den man benötigt. ;-)

These were a little expensive but well worth the money. I am so very happy with the measures and the look of this item and they are a kitchen essential, i would so recommend for the quality & quick delivery ,thank you

I have had many different sets of measuring spoons and cups over the years, and these are by far the best. They are made of quality stainless and are sturdy. They do not feel like they will bend or break. Instead they feel like they will last a lifetime. I love that they do not have any seams or deep corners and that I can really get them spotlessly clean. Nothing is perfect however. I wish the handles on the cups where about 1/2" longer and the leveler was about 1" longer. Then they really would be perfect! But these personal preferences and do not detract from the overall excellence of this product. I always have two sets of measuring spoons and cups on the go in my kitchen and I love these so much I'm buying a second set as I can't stand using my old ones anymore.

Decided to pay for some decent measuring cups. Felt like a lot of money but they are excellent - solid and well made. They will probably outlast me!

I had a set of measuring cups before but they were plastic and broke easily. I decided to buy a better set and after reading other reviews decide on these, I wasn't disappointed. These are great measuring cups, easy to hold and use, easy to clean and very sturdy. They haven't let me down yet, they are a perfect measurement and I love them. Best buy.
