At that price, no instruction… who’s in charge of the customer care?
No instruction, but two little toy tools. I’d rather have an explanation than these funny little toys.I understand now (20/05/2024) why there are spare rubbers with the wheels: they don’t hold for more than a week each! My advice: buy another product.

Potentially a game changer, but time will tell!
I took care fitting the extender and wheels as I’d read another review about them being flimsy. The bracket seems pretty solid to me. Hopefully the push in/out will stay solid too. The rubbers on the wheels also seem pretty tight. Time will tell if it lasts or not. I’ll update if it breaks…The concept however… brilliant!! Lifts the bike off the floor by an inch making it so much easier to roll the bike around when folded. Also much more stable given the extra width.These will be a game changer for commuting if they stand the test of time.

Working very well after a lot of use
Happy with the rollers. Working well as I commute to and from work on the train.

Did not receive the easy wheels even though i paid for it. The extender is fair but not as good as others

Flimsy
The wheels are next to useless with tyres which are only really a thin rubber band pop off every five minutes.The extender although feels quite solid unfortunately doesn’t stay extended if you’re wheeling the bike around folded.There are better cheaper alternatives out there
