I bought two based on the many positive reviews. Both of my TVs are 50” Roku TVs. One is Onn and the other is TCL. The Onn TV is in the living room and is placed close to the center of the house. The TCL TV is in the upstairs master bedroom. Where the TV is located makes a difference with reception, and both of these TVs have built-in tuners, which is common in newer TVs but need to be checked in your TV. The hookup is extremely easy. Just connect the cable to the coaxial input on the TV. Within about a minute I had 78 free channels on the living room TV. On the bedroom TV I got 108 channels. Having the antenna closer to a window seems to improve the number of channels captured. At first when the TV is searching for channels, it can appear like it’s finding nothing. It took about 20 seconds before registering the first channel. From that point until it was finished (it indicates when it has found all channels), the channel counter continuously rolled up. On the channels I’ve looked at so far (just had the antenna for a day), it all looks HD. Interestingly, on the living room TV, the picture became pixilated whenever I reclined in the recliner close to the TV. I moved the antenna to the other side of the TV and the problem was solved. Delivery was lightening fast. I ordered about 4:00 pm and it was delivered at 7:30 pm. That has more to do with the items being available at a nearby Amazon shipping hub than with the company selling this antenna, but knowing I was going to get the antenna in a few hours prompted me to order this particular antenna.

My wife wanted to order this thing since we cut cable off a couple of years ago - we have the Internet and we were watching less and less TV (and the price of cable was soaring). We live in a rural area about 20 miles from the nearest TV stations and I kinda presumed this thing would do nothing - or not work very well. Well, we don't have a CBS affiliate anywhere close but we now get the local Fox, ABC, and NBC stations and the quality is excellent. I set the thing up in about 2 minutes after finding zero instructions. I screwed the coax adapter into the back of the TV, went to the menu on my TV and chose to search for channels....there was an option to search using the antenna. It actually added 3 Fox channels which I don't completely understand (the local channel is 66, but it added 66.1 and 66.2 or something) and they all display different content. What that's about I have no idea. Moving the antenna only a foot or two caused it to find a couple extra channels - I mean only slightly moving the thing. The thing works so well that I am thinking about buying a better one from a local big box store that comes with a pole and can be placed in an attic, or, outside. I think we could probably get another 10 channels or something. But for the money this works very, very well and will certainly connect a person to a few local stations with excellent quality. I can't see anyone not being satisfied with this thing.

This antenna worked well in rural surroundings 20-30 miles from city. Did not bring in all signals without having to reposition the antenna but did bring in almost all.

I move this antenna in different places I live in a brick apartment building and I just don't want to pay for alternative cable like Hulu live or I don't want to pay for regular cable cuz I'm a senior citizen I live on a fixed income and it's very costly and I definitely don't want to pay Xfinity just for local channels this antenna it's just not working I put it by the window I put it up high I put it in different places and it just isn't working it's a shame because it's small and you can put it out of sight. So with that in mind I guess I'll just return it.

Easy setup, small and compact. Picture quality top tier. It recieved the most channels when I put it on the window seal.

I really like the small size - I put it on a window beside the TV and its working just fine. I'm getting all the channels I needed. I bought one for some friends of mine, and they are also happy with it.

Greta design to have on hand when you need to randomly watch a sporting event you don't have on your current plans line up. Reception was great.
