Are these as annoying as the music in the demo? I want soothing wind chimes. I may not buy just cuz these are poorly marketed.

I love my chimes. They are pretty to look at and I find their chime delightful. I agree the music in their video is dreadful, and they probably have a microphone right under them. These come nicely packaged with classy little note. You can't go wrong at this price. If you don't like them return them. I have a $45. chime that drives me crazy it's so loud. This chime hits all the right notes!!!

Where can I find Warranty information. Mine broke in two in just second season of use.

I don't know about warranty, didn't mess w. it. Mine got so intangled (strings too thinn and too long) w. first wind. I thru it into trash

Is this 36" from the s hook to the bottom? I have a 38" space I would put it and wonder if it would fit

I used my own s hook. Can't remember if it came with one. From top of s hook to bottom of last cylinder... 38" .

Why does this say free shipping with order of $25? I have but it has no free option.

H, if you have Amazon Prime, shipping is always free. If you do not subscrbe to Amazon Prime, shipping is also free with orders total $25 or more. If your order is less than $25 you must be charged shipping. Just look for something else you need to go over Or equal to $25 and you will get free shipping.

Totally recommend

Sounds beautiful in the light wind. Absolutely beautiful. I put this on my arched trellis and I can hear it inside my kitchen. I love it.

IMPORTANT!! DO NOT SKIP IF PLANNING TO BUY!

I am writing this review as of August 11, 2025. There are quite the positive reviews of this product, so we decided to buy it but however, the actual product recieved was quite misleading (see in the images), first of all, there were only 15 pipes instead of 18 mentioned, and the height didn't seemed to exceed 30 inches, which is mentioned to be 36 by the seller, causing another disappointment. But the most important of all, the threads aren't golden as shown, rather they are pitch black with golden tubes, disturbing the overall harmony of looks. Plus, when I opted for the return, they returned the exact same thing again, and now I can't even refund my own money due to this.....waste of money and time.....purchase at your own risk!
