Gunmetal Pocket Watch Style GC775

The finish is nice and the engraving is nice but the face of the watch has a cheap look to it.

Well, I bought this for my boss at work and my stupidity made me think that the watch was going to be bigger, but the engraving was still awesome. It totally looks like it costed more than I actually spent but the size makes it more of a vest-type of watch and not really used in business for pocket watch. The engraving was PERFECT. The watch still looks great despite the size of the actual watch (plus it comes with a battery blocker so I don't have to worry about the watch working) and the box it comes in is amazing.

The watch was so small it looked like it could be for a child. It did not feel like gunmetal at all and was very light. There are no good aspects about this watch. The shipping was on time though.

The watch has a smaller diameter than many pocket watches but is still a great deal. The only disappointment I had was that it mentions you will receive a wood box but the one I got was in a cheap tin box with a plastic lid. After contacting JDS about this, they said they would send a wood box to replace it, but I have yet to receive it.

I ordered this for a friend and had his name engraved for Christmas. It's a beautiful dark color with no blemishes. We ordered before Thanksgiving thinking the engraving process would take a while. We actually got it in about a week and a half later!It is somewhat smaller than I expected but overall I would order from again.

I had previously left a very negative comment on this product. The product had gotten shipped to the wrong address, and I was upset and under the impression I would never get the product. However, as soon as I had posted the negative review I got an email from the seller wanting to resolve the problem. Even though it was a miscommunication between Amazon and the seller, they still took steps to resolve the issue. They intercepted the package at no extra cost to me, and still got it to me in time to wrap and give to my significant other for Valentine's Day.THIS is customer service! I am VERY impressed with this company and their initiative in ensuring customer satisfaction. The watch was in great condition, and they were even flexible with the engraving requirements. It looked fantastic, I am very impressed with the quality of product AND service. We absolutely loved it.I will, without a doubt, be purchasing from this seller again.

It's ok, small, you are only allowed 3 lines with 10 characters only and spaces are included in those characters. Whoever obtains the information you want engraved is not at all personable.

The watches with engraving were delivered very quickly. Their classy look belies the reasonable price. I would have given it 5 stars, but I was disappointed with the quality of the wood box. Then again, it's the watch that is most important, and they do keep time accurately.
