How many steaks to hold it down in 120mph winds?  we tend to get them gully gusts that are bad.  how does the plastic hold up?  worth or worthless?

You are better off getting NY Strips than SteakUms to hold down your greenhouse. According to my calculations, you will need 327 one-pound NY Strips or 4,155 SteakUms so it's obvious which way to go. Note that your entire anchoring system will likely get eaten by wildlife and stray animals in about a week and the odor will likely not make you popular in your neighborhood.

Can I winter my potted plants in here with some heat lamps?

I'm using a $15 electric heater at night and it stays really warm. It may be 40 degrees outside, but in the greenhouse is 86 degrees. I keep all my tropical plants there for the winter.

Anyone found a way to get a replacement cover??

A lot of websites include covers but they seem to be out of stock nearly everywhere.   So I bought a roll of 6 mil plastic and some greenhouse duct tape for $30 that i can make 3 covers with.   It took my 2 hours to cut and tape the cover on my 56"x56"x 76" greenhouse.   Doing it myself helped me understand how poorly made the original one was.   They used the wrong plastic and the wrong thickness.   The absence of vents is harmful with temps regularly over 125 degrees.   The original door was a joke.   Most importantly, its stable.  Its not tearing.  I also had problems with the frame falling apart so I superglued all the connections.   Ill build it myself i. The future.   I have a photo but dont see a way to attach

Will this fit on a apartment balcony?

Check the specs for exact dimensions. It's about 20" deep x 27" wide x 66" tall. If your balcony is large enough it might just be perfect. Remember to account for room to move around to tend your plants.
