Not what I expected
I really like this item but unfortunately it doesn't stop it from getting stuck under the stairs I think your design needs to be tweaked a little all that money for something that doesn't work right

Can't do without this product while using my Kreepy Krauly Pool Cleaner!
Can't believe I waited this long to get the Pentair Ladder Guard. Had it for weeks and Kreepy Krauly hasn't gotten stuck once under the ladder. BEFORE getting this product, I was probably out 1-2 times daily to unstick the Kreepy Krauly while pool was running. No matter how I adjusted directional valves in pool, IT ALWAYS GOT STUCK ... somehow. Now, not once. Thanks. Would DEFINITELY recommend and purchase again when needed.

Works good. Hard to understand why absolutely no instructions.
I did figure out positioning but noted various complaints on the internet regarding lack of instructions. Still works very good

Where are the installation instructions???
There were NO instructions included to help install this piece of equipment to the pool ladder.

So so. Doesn’t protect sides. No instructions
No instructions on how to install which is pretty tacky. It doesn’t stop the KK from getting caught in the sides of the ladder unfortunately.
