Very good value for money
This trainer is so well made for the price. Why spend significantly more on the brand name when this product is more than suitable for personal use.

One of the best home training, portable kits I've used. Recommended!
This is one of the best, well made and safe home gym equipment products I've used. The quality of the materials and construction is excellent. The icing on the cake is that it comes with an equally good 'Fitness resistance trainer' manual that details in pictures about 45 exercises. The kit is very simple but well thought out. It consists of 2 long straps with strong clips on one end, a length adjuster in the strapping and a hand and foot strap on the other end. There is also an extension strap added in the kit. and a door stops to hold the straps safe if that's the way you prefer to do it.The idea is that you use the weight of your body, in various positions as a counterbalance to a muscle group that you want to train. A bit like isometric exercises. The benefit of this kit is that has documented all the available exercises you can do and the muscle groups that are trained as a result of each exercise. I took a photo of some of them, but you have 4 more pages of these in the booklet. Some of these exercises are not for beginners, so be careful about tackling all of these at once. As an all-in-one exercise and body-building tool, this is one of the best out there. Well constructed, well thought out, and well-researched group of exercises that will challenge the beginner and seasoned fitness fanatic alike. Recommended.

Ensure that you have space in your hallway if you are using the ‘door jam’ method.
Excellent information on all the exercises but very little instruction on the assembly. It took me a while to work out how to set it up on the door but I feel anxious as I can see how easily the foam anchors can come out. I do not have a tree with a handy branch or indeed a beam so the ‘door jam’ method is the only one I can use. I am therefore going to find a way (possibly stitching) the foam anchor within the band so that it doesn’t come out. There is only one door in my small two bedroom house that I can use and that is the lounge door as it has a reasonable length of hallway where I can do the exercises. In every other respect this kit is excellent. The straps and carabiners are strong and the reinforced stitching gives me great confidence that it will take my weight of 160lbs as I exercise. I look forward to getting into shape after all the lockdowns. At the current price of £ 29.76 it is good value considering the number of exercises I can perform daily rather than going to the gym occasionally.

Using your body as weights: the best way to get fit!
I want to get my arm and core strength up to get back into the world of aerial silks after childbirth so the concept of using your body weight for training isn't new to me. My partner has always wanted some of these too to build up certain muscle groups, and well they are beyond effective given the simplicity of them.Pros:• Targeted muscle groups: really good at dynamic work outs, engaging your whole body but putting pressure on one group for a total work out• Adjustable length: easy to change the length on the straps with a crocodile clip and teeth• Use anywhere: the straps can be used anywhere you can get a fixed point up high, so mostly i use these on my door frame, but you can use a tree or a hook on the wall/ceiling if you wanted to• Grippy handles: the handles have great grip; this gave me confidence to know I wouldn't slip off and fall, but are spongey enough to not hurt my joints• Hands or feet: the grips can support your feet for core workouts, and your hands for upper body work• Tough: my partner has used them at a 45 degree angle and they're extremely strong (they supposedly support up to 500 pounds). They feel trustworthy and so this doesn't distract me when exercising• Good for deepening stretches: given you can just lean back with them, these are ideal for pushing into stretches for your whole body. It feels great on my back especially• Storage bag: we've popped a hook on the wall and keep the sling in the mesh bag hung up which prompts us to use it more due to easy accessCons:• The only con I have found is that the grips are not very wide so my partner's hands get a bit raw over time due to rubbing the fabric but not enough to stop use. I find them fine for my small handsSo all in all, I'm really impressed with these straps. They look really cool when you're working out with them too, especially in the garden on a tree! But again creating resistance with your body weight and using it to train is the best way to build strength and keep lean whilst doing so in my opinion. It's a great dynamic workout, they're really trustworthy, a great price and super versatile.Highly recommended for new exercisers and experienced alike. They're for anybody wishing to get stronger and fitter in a relatively fun, creative and experimental way. I feel great after using them.

good, lower cost version of the ones found in gyms
The Kit includes 2 x straps with handles , 1 x extension strap and a mesh bag to keep the straps in.The straps are very sturdy with built in door anchors and a clip for attaching to ceiling hooks/equipment rack. Each strap is adjustable in length and has a hand grip and foot loop and the end.The door jamb is a foam loop with tough inner core. They slip over the top of a door frame. It’s better to use in such a way the door that is being pulled shut when using them. The foam bung is a little loose, so you just need to check they are in position. There’s no danger the strap will slip through the door if the foam bung comes out as the clip is next on the strap. The extension strap is a ‘Y’ shape with a door bung / clip at the top end and small loops at the bottom that the main straps can clip into. The instructions on how to set them up are very basic , but there are lots of exercise examples included which is useful for inspiration. The hand grips could be more comfortable. A slightly softer rubber / foam compound would be welcomed, but you can obviously wear gloves. They are a good size for gripping. The foot holes have a felt backing to make them more comfortable for bare foot use. Time will tell how robust the padding is.This system is a lower cost version of the TRX systems found in gyms. Given that it’s a about 1/3 the cost it provides a good alternative but the TRX systems are a slightly better quality , however this is certainly a good value kit to get going with.
