Zoom G5n Multi-Effects Processor

Excelente Pedal, funciona muy bien sin tener que conectar un amplificador de guitarra, se recomienda utilizarlo con una entrada de sonido normal, sin pre amplificadores asi cuentas con mayor margen de efectos para avistoco, overdrive etc. La AppLab finciona perfectamente aunque en Mac de repente se cierra al modificar los amps y filtros.

First off, I've been playing guitar for 15 years. I've used many multi-effects pedals over my time.This one has a slightly steep learning curve. First thing I noticed is all the presets are pretty bad. I feel like that would turn first time users off. However, I knew it going into this.The presets are merely just examples. The real fun and ingenuity comes with creating your own tones. There's almost too many options to be honest. It has almost everything you could ever want as far as Amp models, effects, pedals.There's so many neat sounds and modular effects. I found myself smiling after finding some of them. This is a tone-tinkers paradise. I'm also having a blast researching what amps/effects my favorite guitarists use and trying to recreate their tone with this pedal.Overall, I think this is a great multi-effects pedal with all the customization options available. The price was perfect for only $329. I couldn't be happier!

It would be an insult if I say that this is just a value for money product. No, not only it provides great tones at such price point, but also provides a very sturdy design and some great clarity sound. The distortion really shocked me, because I thought it wouldn't give a good distortion tone as the Line6 podhd500x, well it doesn't, but its still pretty much good and also has its own punchiness in the distortion. Its really great for both distortion and clean sounds. And thank zoom that you can even compare a processor worth 20-21k with a podhd500x which is almost worth double than the zoom. I overall loved it and I'm sure, if you can do some tweaking, you might attain the sound of a podhd500x.

Fantastic multi effects unit. I presently own a Fractal Ultra axe and have owned Boss, Line 6 and Digitech effects processors. This is better than the latter 3 and in many ways equal or better than the Fractal . The effects are world class sounding but where this really shines is in the ease of operation. Nothing compares to it. This as simple to use as it gets. The build quality is A1. Road worthy product. Downloading new effects or patches is childs play. I have no tech skills and have had challenges working with the above makes but not this. Nothing about this is difficult . I would buy it again in a heartbeat if I had to but hopefully mine will last for years. I play directly into the guitar input on a Swart AST pro tube amp and it sounds amazing. Like all effects units you will have to edit patches to get the sound you prefer but I found many to be near perfect. I hear complaints about not having editing software with this....trust me you don't need it...the LCD displays will allow you to edit quickly. All parameters and pedals used in patches are displayed clearly so editing is a breeze. Conclusion...this has the far best bang for the buck of any makes and delivers pristine effects to boot. Over 45yrs of playing guitar and I play Fender Masterbuilt Strats so I'm fussy about sound.

Over all Great,Shipping, and Product Quality is great, take 20 minutes, read the manual, its pretty easy to use, endless possibilities, and combinations, can keep you busy for quite some time to get that right tone. The Guitar lab software is easy to use, click and drag to add or remove patches, change names, re order, remove unwanted patches. Pretty impressive. Only down side is, It doesn't come with the USB A to B mail (printer cable) not sure why, its only 10-15 bucks. Also the Power adapter plug in on the device side seems very weak and finicky, Can see that easily needing a replacement or re soldering in the future after some use and abuse. Over all great product, 2 months going, still haven't touched in to all its abilities, Also another down side, seems a little tricky to find the looper and or the drum beats, seem to have to scroll endlessly for ever just to get too.. but once ya find it, they work great. hours worth of fun.
