Lovely pen good value for the money

I wanted to purchase this for a friend's leaving present (they were emigrating) and I asked for a quote to be engraved. It was flawless! No issues or defects and I was really impressed with how quickly I received the product. I'm glad I didn't miss giving this gift to a friend as I had used another company on here but unfortunately the product had defects on it. They were great at resolving but if I had to order again, I'd use this company.

Pen looks good, engraving looks as though one was made with it. I would have like how to get refills for the pen enclosed

I had taken advantage of the 'Buy 5 Get 5 Free' offer on these personalised pens.But, I can see how getting the offer is not made simple for most people as there is no "Message Seller" button jumping out on the initial product page.As I wanted 10 different coloured coloured pens each with a different personalisation, I found clicking on the sellers shop and 'Help' where the Amazon assistant will give you the option to forward your message.Having done that, and ordered and paid for my 5 pens...and sent a message to personalise my 5 free.I was confused at why it stated 'Free delivery' on the product page, but I was charged for delivery?I was only asking in my message, but felt the reply I received was alittle abrupt to be honest and "did I want to cancel my order then?"In all fairness, I had already paid with a delivery charge, a clear indication I wanted them...So, all in all...Nice pens, the metallic are nicer than the matt.Weighty, not light and flimsy.Fonts are legible on all colours.

Great pen

Bought very last minute for Christmas secret santa but it came within the promised time so I got to give it to the receiver. Pen itself feels really good quality- got some wright to it and engraving is good. I hope it writes well as I didn't try it.

I ordered these pens for my team at work with a saying that we always use & laugh about! I put them in their Christmas gift bags & they were a big hit! Everyone loved them! It’s just a pity they are not black ink otherwise I would have ordered more! They arrived super fast too!

Ordered again immediately after receiving my first order. Followed instructions in description. Contacted Seller. Pens received within set timeframe. Excellent fast communication. All pens arrived in perfect condition and as described. Blue ink. If I could give seller more than 5 stars, I would.
