Padding is nice but it's on the side.
I wear this with a kilt as I am frequently kilted. The padding is a nice touch but it sits to the side.

I won't even waste my time trying it out.
It is amazing how poorly this was put together. I started looking at it mostly after my bag only slid over parts of the belt, it is a different width all the way down. The stitching was terrible. Glued parts at ends. The two parts of the belt doesn't even appear to be stitched all the way through each other.Best case is I get 31 days on this before I find out it isn't durable and can't return it.

Very cheaply made
I received my belt with a crack across the belt and very bad stitching on the inner pad

Very comfortable belt
The belt has padding around it which makes it much more comfortable to wear than my old web-style. I have a 34 inch waste so the tail of the belt is quite long. I'll probably just trim it off. The only downside to the this product that I've found is that the holes in the belt are undersized which makes it difficult to insert the tabs of the buckle. I'm guessing this will get better as time goes on. Overall, just what I was looking for.
