| Warranty Description | Warranty and limitations aside from the exceptions noted below, seller warrants the products it provides will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 (one) year following the date of shipment from seller. The exceptions are: landscape product (except as noted below and clarified in the landscape catalogs) for five years; black and/or "textured architectural bronze" finish transformers for 10 years; stainless steel transformers and the exterior finish on lifebrite outdoor lanterns for normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns the product; design pro series led cabinet light models # 12301brz, 12301ni, 12301wh, 12303brz, 12303ni, 12303wh, 12305brz, 12305ni, and 12305wh for normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Normal use means residential non-commercial use for no more than 6 hours per day in an environment that does not exceed 25 degrees celsius (approximately 77 degrees fahrenheit). Ceiling fan motors for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. A certain amount of "wobble" is normal in fans and should not be considered a problem. Energy star products for two years; and there are no warranties on light bulbs or the finish on outdoor polished brass products. If any of the warranted products are found by seller to be defective, such products will, at seller's sole option and cost, be replaced, repaired or refunded less an amount directly attributable to consumer's prior use of the product. The parties hereto expressly agree that buyer's sole and exclusive remedy against the seller shall be for the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as provided herein. This warranty is not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product. |

Direct snap in digital timer, original one only lasted 3 yrs in south Florida environment.Takes a little time figuring out settings but does the job

This new model is excellent, outstanding, and much better than the old one. Has self enclosed battery back-up which is good. Fit into my Kickler outside lighting box just right. Very easy to set, easier than before.I am extremely pleased.

Defective product
I bought one of these a couple of years ago. It seemed to work fine but the battery stopped taking a charge after the first year. Another year went by and it stopped working. The time setting would drift and loose several minutes per day. I just replaced it with a new unit. The new one doesn't work at all. I set the timer and timed programs and the same thing happened. The time will drift and the timed programs do not trigger the garden lights on and off. Any suggestions for a different brand timer with the same design configuration?

Timely device
Comes powered, just needs to be set. Ordered two for landscape lighting and they barely fit clearance of my Vista MT transformer boxes, with some "encouragement." Oddly one came with a running 12-hour clock, the other with a 24-hour clock. I have been unable to convert the twenty-four to twelve-hour. Tried reset, pressing various button combinations with no success. No mention in the instructions of how to switch clock reading. Nonetheless, they still operate precisely.

Misleading/Confusing Product from Kichler
We've had these as controllers for our landscaping lights for about 2 years. They don't last long. They are mounted inside the landscaping electrical boxes. The label says for "indoor" use only, but they are then advertised for outdoor landscape controlling. They door work, but do plan on replacing them every couple years. They are very expensive for what you get.

Easy to setup & switch out with my old timer

Just and ok Product
Does what it should for a couple three years then quits working . Programming is a bit difficult until you have done it a few times . I have not tried any other brands so cant compare but have replaced this one 3 times at my house \ on two different lawn sprinkler systems .
