Does the set come with instructions or a beginner course?

Yes. The set includes beginner instructions with step-by-step guidance on how to hold, strike, place, and use the 128Hz, 256Hz, and 512Hz tuning forks.

Which forks are weighted, and what is the difference between weighted and non-weighted forks?

The 128Hz and 256Hz forks are weighted for body-contact use. The 512Hz fork is non-weighted and is used around the body or in a room for biofield, meditation, and space-clearing practices.

How long should the vibration last? Is 5–15 seconds normal?

Yes, 5–15 seconds of vibration is normal. These forks are designed for short, clean vibration cycles. Re-strike the fork as needed and repeat several times per area during practice.

Are the tuning forks accurately tuned to 128Hz, 256Hz, and 512Hz?

Yes. The set includes three calibrated frequencies: 128Hz, 256Hz, and 512Hz. These octave-based C frequencies create a simple, coherent starter set for sound healing, meditation, and relaxation.

Can I use these tuning forks on myself, and where should I start?

Yes. This set is beginner-friendly and can be used for self-practice. A simple starting point is the sternum with the 128Hz fork. Strike the fork, then gently place the flat base of the stem on the body.
