I have been "Hooked" on Mayhem Bait Co. products for a very good reason. They work. This was my first experience with the New Liquid Mayhem Crawfish but boy! was I NOT disappointed. I purchased Mahem for a trip to eleven point river in southern Missouri and northern Arkansas. It was an exploratory trip to find a new area to float for a longer float trip this summer with my son and son-in-law. I caught smallmouth in every area that I tried! At one location ,I was putting in the boat, as another boat was coming out. While waiting I ask the fishermen "How'd you do?" They answered "They aint hitt'n today." At that moment I bent the rod to set the hook on a nice smallie that I had picked up from my first cast down the bank. Some what embarrassed, I put him in the water and cast to a piece of brush clinging to the bank and again the rod bent showing the headshaking bass was a good'n. The boaters couldn,t take it anymore." What'r you using". I held up the green pumpkin tube for them to see. "that's to same thing we are using" The look on their faces were enough for me to know that I should level with them. "You need to rub on some of this new stuff called Liquid Mayhem. I told them that I had used it all morning and that it had caught fish wherever I fished it. Of course, I told them get it on Amazon or at their web page. I recommend it to anyone. If you believe scents work this is worth the purchase. Like everything there is a time and place. This seems to last longer than others. You can use it on all soft and hard baits. It's a gel so it does last longer than most. Especially with the zman plastics. Easier to control than the sprays when applying.

After I read about this product & saw a few youtube videos, I was sold. Found it on Amazon & thought it would be a great addition to the tackle box. I have tried this product about a dozen times, and so far, it hasn't attracted a bass - but neither has anything else in my tackle box. Not sure if the season is just late due to the ridiculously harsh winter we had in MA, so far it's looking like "Year of the Pickerel." I will say this product smells absolutely horrible & it definitely sticks! In open water, I used the same top water lure & a dab of Liquid Mayhem for several hours - easily, and didn't need to reapply. With light - medium cover & the same top water lure, I needed to reapply after the second or third cast.I am still undecided.... water temps are finally warming up & cover is really starting to show, so I will be trying this again once I know bass are actually biting. I will update this review if my opinion changes. In the meantime, happy fishing!

1st thing I didn't get paid to write this review - geez you can't trust things the way we used too but for me this worked big time. I've been jigging in a lake and the bluegills would look but not bite. Lake fishing in the NW, smart fish, not stocked lake, shallow warm water fishing from a dock. I did this for like every weekend for a month. I get the crayfish anise scent and bang! They chase and bite EEEEmmediately! I've been using roostertails but my best luck has been with a tiny jig I got at Big 5. Anyways that's my Big Mouth review. Pic is a tiny guy I was able to snap a pic and throw back but I caught a couple others that were larger and released. This stuffs a lot of fun!

I fish the Saginaw Mi. river system (the Saginaw, Tittabawassee and Shiawassee rivers at least once a week and when the Walleye run in the spring and fall, up to 5 times a week. The last 6 times out I used this on every lure I used, mostly plastics, I get a lot of short hits and I stopped using stinger hooks cause I lose so many on snags and was hoping this would make the fish come back and hit it again if missed, I saw no difference whatsoever, the bite was the same, I do admit this stuff adheres to the lure great and smells like it should attract fish, it did stain the lures I used, I just put a small dab just behind jig head and it stained the lure all the way to the tail, see pic, even if it did wash off, I could still smell it, I do admit I caught more Rock Bass than I usually do but that's the only thing I noticed. UPDATE- I stopped using this stuff after my main review and I actually caught more Walleye and Bass without using it. I am 66 yrs old and need to stop falling for these attractants.

Bin oui la fille a pitié et horreur d’embrocher des vers de terre, j’ai donc essayé cela sur des leurres souples, c’est pas aussi efficace qu’un vrais vers, mais ça rends la pêche intéressante car plusieurs prises. J’aime pas l’odeur du tout, mais les poissons oui! Satisfaite
