Very good it did help with my bp . I’m using other things too but this one definitely helped. I don’t take every day. Been using for over 3 months good results.

Really Work
They really work! I have been using a finger oxygen meter and reading in the high nineties. Which is not good. After taking these pills three days the readings are 93-95. Amazing. Don't know if it will get higher. If so, I will try to remember to update. No digestive or other side effects.
