It's been working great for me
I've had this thing for the better part of a year now. I love it. Sliced or shredded cheese, potatoes, pasta dough.I'm not a chef but I'm also not a microwave cook either. This thing has held up well for me. I haven't noticed any fogging from the dishwasher as others noted when I bought it. Because it goes in the dishwasher I've had no problems cleaning it.It sits on the kitchen counter all the time because it gets used enough to stay. Its loud for sure but.... I don't care. It runs through potatoes so fast, its crazy. All the power it needs. Cheese can slow it down if its warm and you push but it usually powers right through it.Its not small, and it is heavy but thats intentional.
