Helps with Dehydration and Muscle Cramping!
If you love orange Gatorade that is already mixed up you will love these packets even more. There is a slight tang to the orange flavor, almost a hint of lemon. Anyways, I open a 16.9 fluid ounce bottle of water and drink a little of the water out of the bottle, then add a packet of Gatorade powder and mix it up really well by shaking vigorously. The result is perfectly orange flavored water! For the past week I've been experiencing muscle cramps in my legs and I think it may have been due to electrolyte balances being off or maybe being dehydrated in the depth of winter. Anyways I have several flavors of Gatorade packets and have been using them to good effect. These arrived today so I drank another bottle and I must say I'm quite satisfied with the physical results as I am no longer having muscle cramping! I think these little packets are very easy to keep on hand and they mix up completely in water. Here is to drinking your Gatorade and not having to deal with a whole lot of sugar. Product good/arrived too late
Love this orange. Hard to find in stores near me so glad Amazon had it. Easy to pack for travel. Had to take off one star as it didn't arrive when it said it would. Ordered it specifically as it said I'd have it by a certain date. Arrived 1 day too late ☹️ and I'd already left for vacation. Sat outside on porch all week. Package and box were trashed because of rain but product ok . Not worth effort to return and Will use it. But on vaca was stuck with some old Nunn tablets (which IMHO are nasty. ) Will buy the G2 again. It mixes well, isn't chemical tasting and does hydrate. Just bad timing with this order is all.
