I bought this as a recommendation for turning my sourdough bread pink. I've heard other brands can bake out the color and cause a pale loaf, so I tried this brand. It ended up doing a great job at turning my loaf vibrant pink. The plus side is that it does not affect the flavor. It's a little pricey for what you get, but for a specialty loaf, I'd buy again because I can rely on how consistent it is in creating that vibrant color. Plus its super easy to add to the water when mixing the dough.

The taste is very very mild so if you really want that dragon fruit flavor, you’re better off just buying the fruit. But the color is incredible. Very bright magenta that looks almost too good to be natural. Perfect for making your own safe and natural pink sauce at home… and also pink smoothies of course.

I really wanted to love this powder. I bought it to make my daughter’s cake pink. The gluten free ones came out pink, but the normal cake did not. The batter was lovely, but the color baked out into a weird brown color. It DOES however work with pancakes! At least my daughter was excited for that. I also used this to make pink frosting and it came out nicely. Pale bubblegum pink! It also gave the pancakes a slight, pleasing fruity taste. I don’t know why people were complaining about the clumps.. I hand-whisked it briskly, and used a blender for the frosting.. no clumps. Dissolved perfectly. Maybe they weren’t putting enough muscle behind it. Yes I would buy this again.

I’ve been searching for a natural way to Tint my sourdough bread. Everyone likes a good theme party and what better way to have a colored bread to go with the theme. For Valentine’s Day I wanted to make a pink sourdough bread so I purchased a purple sweet potato powder. That color was way too purple no matter how much I used. So I switched to the dragon fruit powder. I used 1 tablespoon per 1000 g of flour and it turned out to be the perfect shade of pink. Not full fluorescent pink and not light baby pink. I’m sure there are tons of other uses for this powder, but I wanted a natural way to color my dough. And this was it! This bag should make around 25 to 30 loaves of bread for the amount that I use. Which is perfect to get me through the valentine season. Be careful not to get this powder on porous surfaces because it will stain if it sits long enough or gets wet on the surface. This powder is very fine and mixed very well with my dough. I did not have clumps and the texture was very smooth. Enjoy!

It’s very easy to use my son uses for his water during his shift at the clinic keeps hydrate he loves the size and that he can bring to work to do a refill in his water best product .. you don’t need to add anything to what ever your using it’s already sweet

Wow, I have never tried Dragon Fruit in any form before I ordered this product. I am amazed at how well it blends with practically any drink or food. I have tried it with several of my herbals and loose leaf teas. I have not found any blend I have tried so far where it did not add to the experience and win a permanent spot in my collection of spices, herbals, loose leaf teas and coffee blends. I highly and most em​phat​i​cal​ly recommend this Dragon Fruit Powder, not only for the taste and cute color changes in different drinks, but the benefits from it as well.

I used these in my daughter's icing, no food colouring needed, it was the perfect alternative. Does not alter the taste but sure made them pretty pink!
