Does what it says on the tin
Yep, good. Helps a lot when I'm out exercising and helps me get through it without losing all my minerals through sweat. Good tasting, but then pretty much tastes as your would expect.

Tastes good and no sucralose
Was looking for electrolyte tabs without sucralose and these fit the bill without being too expensive. They dissolve well and taste good. I assume they hydrate me. Sometimes I notice a difference after drinking, sometimes not. Worth pointing out they're for adults only. Discovered when my daughter had a stomach bug. Also different flavours have different ingredients. The lemon one has green tea extract for some reason but its not in orange or blackcurrant. I'll avoid lemon as I don't want green tea in my rehydration drink!

An effective way to rehydrate properly!
I find myself returning to these time and again. They are easy to use are good value, taste better than most and are easy on the stomach. It’s hard to evaluate their effectiveness but with water I know they are providing some of the needed salt and minerals to rehydrate properly.

Too many additives per Yuka
Just look at the Yuka report. I threw it straight in the bin. I wish someone had posted this before I purchased.

Electrolytes of choice
I always choose OTE for hydro tabs. Taste good without being too sweet, good value for money. Works well in hot weather.
