Overall, good product. Quality is good (all-natural & organic). Tablets aren't giant, and dose is only 1, so easy to swallow. (Although would be better if pills were capsules, sonu could modify dose easier.) Not much taste 👍. I use it mainly to help me relax a little & deal with mental stress better so I can sleep well, but it may have even helped me with physical stress, like muscle soreness, but I'm not 100% sure on that.PS: Reasons I didn't give it 5 stars are bcuz it comes in plastic bottle instead of glass (plastic can leach chemicals into whatwver's inside it), & it comes in tablet form instead of capsule form, so it's hard to modify the dosage if u want to.

Great packaging, no overall herbal/medicinal smell which is evident in most supplements of this kind. The product was very easy to use, with clear instructions on how many to take and how many times per day. The tablets were not large, which is good for those who may have trouble swallowing them. No after taste and I feel it is effective in what it claims to do. My mood was greatly improved within a week of taking these and as someone who has depression and often gets severe mood swings, this has been a huge benefit. While I would like to have a supplement like this in chewable, dissolvable, or gummy form for those who don't like swallowing tablets, capsules, or pills it was still a great product that I would highly recommend.

I work at a Doctor's office and with everything going on in the world right now, it is very stressful. It is really hard for me to wind down at the end of the day. These tablets really helped relax me enough to fall asleep. I wake up refreshed and just feeling like I got a good night's sleep. I have let my co-workers know this is the supplement to buy.

I got this organic Ashwagandha to try out. So far so good. I haven't had any side effects, and so far I'm still healthy since taking it. The pills are smooth when consuming and don't seem to have any after taste which is good, as some products have an after taste after taking them. As this is my first experience with Ashwagandah, I can't compare with another brand, however, if possible I'll come back to write an update after a couple of months of using the product.

I was surprised how quickly these worked. I took one about an hour before bedtime and fell asleep quickly. It sometimes takes me hours to fall asleep even if I’m very tired. I woke up feeling alert and well rested. I haven’t tried it during the day yet but plan to experiment with it more this week. Even my husband noticed that I wasn’t tossing and turning and waking him up. He’s going to be trying it out himself

Good supplement! Have only been taking them a few weeks and it seemed to help me fight off a cold quicker. Great for me, as I have an automune disease and sometimes colds can really knock me down! Only complaint is that the tablets are slightly large and a little bit awkward to swallow. Perhaps a flatter design or coating would help with this?

This product not only improves your immune system I have also noticed improved results in the bedroom and at 41 that was surprising.

This product provides everything that I am searching for. It is organic, has the dosage that I am looking for, and then some more to help me attain my goals. There is no bad aftertaste or negative flavor that comes with it. It clearly states all of the ingredients and amounts that it has. Nothing unnecessary.
