I use this daily & it works!!!
I love most all of The Knock Knock products but I can honestly say this is one I've gotten the most use out of. This is my second Daily Intention Tracker notepad, I've already gone through nearly the entire first one..I use it every day and I'd swear under oath it truly does help enhance your mood, general attitude, and where your head is throughout the entire day. You don't even realize how much it helps until the end of the day and you realize all the things you had written down happened in some way! Everyone needs to do something like this if they enjoy these type of notepad list making products. I'll be purchasing many more in the future!

I must admit I am a born list maker. The Knock Knock brand keeps me organized and light-hearted. I love this note pad. I recommend most of the products in this line-especially the packing list and To.Do list. The paper tweet pads are so cute...my.teenage nephews and nieces will be getting the tweet pads for Christmas this year!

Stop your anxious thought spirals!
I absolutely love this product! It just got delivered and I’ve already written down two anxious thoughts that have been gnawing at me all day. Writing it down and working through it has immediately calmed me. I would highly recommend this to anyone else that can get worked up like I can. Sometimes, all you need is to go through the process to come out on the other side okay!

What a Great Idea--Intention Tracker!
My imagination is full of good intentions that never get realized because I can't pin them down. Well, now I have no excuse. It worked for me even on the first day. I am already more clear about what my intentions are and how to make them happen. Like all Knock Knock products, it is very convenient to use. Just getting my ideas out of my head and onto paper feels great. I can check them off as I meet my goals which feels even better. Love this tracker!
