Great buy!
I am very happy with this purchase. The laptop is very sleek and seems to do the job. You can't beat the price. I love that it's touchscreen. My only complaint is that it could be a little slow when opening up different programs. But, im not sure if it's the computer or the internet.. other than that, I would recommend it...

Didn’t love it.
It was heavy, slow, and I couldn’t even take school tests/exams on it that required “respondus lockdown” or other softwares that locks down the computer. I even took it to the IT department and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about this because it had to do with the battery or something. I don’t want to spend extra. I don’t recommend this computer.

Worth Buying
I needed a new computer asap due to my old HP laptop starting to crash. The HP brand is excellent, I didn't want to buy a different brand. Searched for a computer on a different website, but I didn't feel at ease buying a computer on the website after reading customer reviews. Decided to search Amazon, after reading the reviews for this computer, I purchased this computer. So far, I am pleased with the computer, a few negatives, but I'm glad I purchased, worth the money. Pros: Nice Color User Friendly Opting Out Of Windows S Mode Is Not Difficult Nighttime Mode Negatives: Tiny Freezes Page Size Control Issue Adding Printer Can Be Challenging No Backlight

Hp chrome book replacement
Easy setup. Size is good for me. I’ve used HP for many years. My last Chromebook lasted 7 years. I don’t do a lot of storage so I can’t comment on storage capacity. We are happy with the size, price and function of this laptop.

Bought 2 years ago no more wifi
I didn't even use it much. But recently have needed it more for work and the WiFi cuts out as many as 20 times an hour. Not worth getting it fixed.

I was disappointed. Was wanting the touchscreen. Something should be done about the misrepresentation. Sorry to hear the HP allowed this.

This computer is top notch.
I fell in love with this computer right out of the box. It works quite well, has way more apps and functions then my Google Chrome I was using for a few years. I got this computer so I can continue writing my book in a professional manner. The apps are so accessible and the features of this computer help with anything in life. I will cherish this buy, and I consider it an amazing birthday present for myself!
