NEC 1090020 DSX 22-Button Display Telephone - Black

Seem to work fine. We had 9 of these before for the last 3 years and I just bought whole bunch more for the office, since we had an expansion. The cord to attach to the wall was long so I ordered some shorter cords, so they wouldn't be hanging below the phone when attached to the wall.

Our office has standardized on this phone and these where purchased for new hires. the price was low, they where New in Box and shipping was fast through Amazon. these are good quality phones and we have had no problems with the phones.

The phone was not what I ordered, The name of the phone ON the box is not the name of the phone IN the box. Totally different name brand. I bought a BRAND NEW phone but received a OLD BEAT UP phone. It was FILTHY dirty, the ear piece had crud all over it as well as the holder in sat in. The phone was covered with scratches and to top it all off my guys plunged it in and it didn't work. It looks like something they pulled from the trash. I am beyond angry! I want a full refund and a prepaid shipping label so we can sent this piece of crap back!! I will ever buy from this company again!

Great phone -- simple to use but a bit awkward when using the voice mail controls. The quality is good, but the LCD screen is notorious for dead crystals after several years.

Very good phone system we use at my office. Get the full software for ease of programming via computer. Programming from the unit itself it very tedious.
