It's a good one. Noise cancelling feature is one of the best. I have many conference calls and this one is the best. I can stand i nthe middle of a crowded & super noisy environments and still can hold online conferences with this one.

I bought these a year ago, and at first I was very happy with them. The app that comes with them is useless and I rarely referred to it. Still, I loved the sound quality but then problems began. A few months after purchase the function to pause the music when I spoke stopped working. Then a couple of months ago I began to have more problematic issues. The batteries would not charge fully (stopped around 80 something %) and would drain with half an hour of use. For the price I paid, I'm very upset. I expected better quality from a brand like Sony. I don't recommend this at all.

I had higher expectations for this product. The sound quality is good,but the noise cancellation isn't as good as I expected. The ear buds are abit bulky but they stay in place and they're a good fit. They dont connect to my dell laptop which is very inconvenient! So overall I wud say you cud get something cheaper with the same results

These are great earphones. The noise cancelling is excellent. The software update at the end of May 2023 allows for 2 devices, but you need to enable this in the Sony App.

So after moderate use for 18 months the right side stopped charging. This means you can’t switch them on and can’t connect. Tried all the online fixes but nothing. So an expensive waste of money. Expected more from a brand like Sony

The buds are worth the money. Still the best on the market, despite being 2 years old. The Sony app makes it even better overall experience.

My bf got me these in May 2022 and they were great for sound and noise cancelling. The size is quite bulky and sticks out of your ears but I got used to that. However, the battery durability has started deteriorating badly now in May 2023 and I can hardly use them for more than 20 minutes without needing to charge them again. I'm now in search of new earphones.

Very good, if a bit overpriced. Sound quality good, noise cancelling good. Little uncomfortable after a long time of wearing.

These are my go-to pods, have a number of different pairs this is the pair I always pick up, better noise cancelling than pretty much anything else, and configuration via the app is super easy. Not cheap but look out for them in the sales, when/if there is an upgrade to XM5 I will be getting them

Good received very fast in third day of order placing. Everything is good but the earbud tip.. The tip Size is too big to fit for my ears even the small one. What's worse, it turn to yellow after two days used and it damaged easily even i only use dry soft cloth to clean it.

Currently using the QC35 from Sony and it was a good headphone for home use. For outdoor use, it is not too comfortable as it is covers the ear and could get quite humid. Very pleased with the WF-1000XM4 as the NR is able to filter out most ambient noise include some road noise. Am happy with the purchase.
