Is the battery user replaceable, and does it recharge wirelessly?

Not sure if its user replacable but I dont think so. Also its only cable charging from what I've seen. The charging port can be abit annoying but its a very good dive computer in my opinion for the price.

Is this the Gen 5 model?

Yes, COSMIQ+ Gen 5 model has been upgraded with additional memory to accommodate up to 200 dive logs compared to just 25 logs in the previous generations of COSMIQ+ and COSMIQ. With the increased onboard memory capacity, the Free Diving Mode depth alarm on the COSMIQ+ Gen 5 also has also been increased to 6 customizable depth alarms compared to only 3 depth alarms in the previous models.

I bought a deepblue cosmiq dive computer recently. how do i tell what generation? in addition, is the li-ion battery replaceable?

I don’t know if the battery can be changed. I only know it is rechargeable.

Does this come with a gauge to track your air also? Or as a separate add on?

No it does not monitor your air. It is a great computer though.

Great computer

Fantastic computer. Only used a handful of times but I've used the same model before. You can change how conservative it is (which is great when my DM brother borrows it). The interface is perfect, I can see my dive on my phone between dives while still on the boat! Between the rechargeable ability of the computer opposed to actual batteries and the interface, I'd take this over a Suunto or Cressi entry level computer any day!

Not really a dive computer

I did my first ocean dive with this 29 days after buying it. It would not work after that dive. I really struggled to get in touch with the company. They finally responded and sent me a replacement. I’ve just dived with this one, to not even 15m depth, and water has collected on the inside of the screen. This is utter rubbish. They will not refund, and the computer cannot take diving to shallow depths. Don’t buy this!!!!!!
