Yes they are durable, as much as can be expected without sacrificing comfort... I'm on my 2nd pair, and 1st pair last 3 years of daily, hardcore use.. hardcore. The soles wore, and seams become to look ragged. I bought a 2nd pair though so that tells ya how I feel. Great boot by today's standards.

Q: Is the burnished brown the same as the red burnished brown? They look like the same color in the photos.

Not sure. I just chose a dark brown color. There was no red in it.

Q: Any suggestions for sizing a Green Superfeet insole with the 13W in this boot? Regular (not wide) "F" size is too narrow in forefoot, and too short.

I used a Superfeet Black 10 (E) in my size 9 Earthkeepers and it fit perfectly.

Q: What size replacement laces for a size 12?

Usually size is according to the number of PAIRS OF EYELETS ON SHOES: 6 - 7 45" 114cm 8 54" 137cm 9 - 10 60" 152cm
