Bands are too long
It’s easy to put together & good quality but the resistance isn’t quite strong enough for most exercises. The bands are a bit too long.

Great value for money
Compacts down in to a small bag so easy to transport. Easy to use, gives your the level of exercise you need, weather that is to tone up or to help lose a little weight. Good for money and would purchase again, have recommended to others.

Decent bar, but one the bands snapped after 7 months rendering it useless
Dissappointed it's broken, also the bands could do with more tension

Not to be dismissed! Takes up little room unlike bulky pieces of equipment.Great for women, men find it too easy IMO.Low level exercise which can be done watching the TV, listening to music, or in the garden on a mat.

Arms , legs and abdomen exerciser
It’s good and very easy exercises though a little tough in the beginning ,start with a small score and than build up , combine with yoga so you can do Pilate and yoga both

Would not recommend
I don’t like the product. After ordering a similar one from another source I couldn’t be bothered to send this one back again. The resistance is not enough and the stretchy part is too long and not adjustable
