This is a great addition to your cooking if you can spend a little extra. I don't have any data or lab results to verify the quality, other than that our family is still alive and no one seems to be sick. Otherwise, the oil works good for our need

Amazing flavor in a tiny bottle! The smell is fantastic and can totally upgrade your dish without opting for real truffle.

It has a nice true truffle flavor but not as strong as the first bottle I bought from a fancy cooking store.

This is the real deal! Loved the packaging! Loved the product! Very flavorful not like the fake stuff made with chemicals. I promise you will love this stuff. Drizzle on roasted veggies,amazing. It is so yummy and so little adds so much flavor to everything. I ha e not tried it on ice cream yet!

This is a wonderful choice for where I live. I cannot get freshly harvested truffles so I tried this. It smells exactly as truffles do, but in spray form. I learned that heat will greatly diminish the flavor. I use it primarily as finishing topper for my dishes, for a decadent splurge! I am purchasing again. I do recommend storing in a cool place. I have lower cupboards where I kept this spray, my EVOO spray and my bottle of EVOO oil. I do recommend this spray.

I am a crazy Italian that loves to cook. We have tried a variety of truffle oils ranging from very expensive, to inexpensive. This truffle oil is as good as some of the very expensive oils we have tried so it's been our go to for truffle oil. It's a marvelous way to add complex truffle flavor to all sorts of dishes, especially ones that involve mushrooms. We use it when preparing pizza, in pastas and risotto but I am sure there are more uses to come. Beware that there are a lot of imitation truffle oils on the market. A little of this genuine truffle oil goes a long way so even a small bottle should last you a good long time.

I have to start off by saying that I absolutely love the taste of truffle. Some people think it’s an odd taste or overpowering taste but I absolutely love it.Sadly, this spray is only VERY light in flavor. : ( I am pretty disappointed in that fact. I find that I really have to spray a lot to have even a bit of flavor. Even then it is very light in flavor. You definitely need to add salt as well if you’re using this on popcorn for even just like a hint. I like it actually much better using this spray topped with salt and then topping with nutritional yeast powder. That was actually pretty tasty that way.That is the only reason I did not rate this lower is that if used with other toppings it does make it easy for stuff to stick to the popcorn using this as a base of oil. And compared to like melted butter or some other type of oil I guess you really don’t have to use the same amount - although I feel you do have to use a lot - on the popcorn before you sprinkle what you want to stick to it.I am not a fan of the sprayer either. It says press lightly to have drips, press moderately to have a stream, and press hard to get a spray. I found it very messy to deal with and I could never truly get a spray - mostly just a stream.So not what I was expecting or hoping for but at least it does allow for using this as a substance that makes other things stick to popcorn more easily. I have yet to try this on anything else but I doubt I will because again it has a very very light flavor. And I definitely need a stronger truffle flavor in my life and on my food and cooking…
