I have always used a feather pillow since I was born. I have been having such a hard time finding the right pillow for me. I have finally found the perfect pillow. I am used to a rather flat pillow. This pillow is not flat, but it melds so nicely to the head and neck for the perfect support. If I use a pillow that is too fluffy I have neck pain. Same if I use a flat pillow. If you like medium to soft firmness in a pillow then this is the perfect choice. Also, it doesn’t have a strong odor. As some feather pillows take a few days to air out, this one doesn’t. The topping on the cake , no pokey feather stems to stab your face. I highly recommend this pillow and will be purchasing this pillow every time I am in need of a new one. Thank you for the pillow that has relieved my neck pain.

What more can I say? My wife is 6'3'' and has gone through more pillows in the past 10 years than she has pairs of shoes. Really. I believe we found a winner in these (2) Continental Bedding, king sized, 100% down pillows. She prefers a little softer pillow that she can shape to fit her needs and still be firm enough to offer good support regardless of how she's sleeping. No odors, cases are made of a phenomenal fabric and the construction is of great quality. I have not tried them yet myself, but I've been so over joyed with the (2) Continental Bedding, king sized, 50/50 feather and down blend pillows that I haven't been interested in trying them yet! Also incredibly happy with them!Save yourself a little time and angst and just order these 100% down pillows (or the 50/50 blend pillows if you like a little more substance). You won't be disappointed. I am one happy camper!

I hate to leave a bad review but here it goes.Pillow #1 Very comfortable, great quality. No complaints.Pillow #2 For some reason this pillow smelled bad, like a dead chicken. It wasn't noticeable until I slept on it and it was even in two quality pillow cases. I gave it about 30 days to "air out" but it still smelled bad. I would assume the manufacture got a bad batch of dirty down, I am no down expert though.

I received the down pillows from Continental Bedding about a month ago.They are fantastic. Soft, breathable, positionable and then repositionable.Squeeze them, hug them...and with just a quick fluff, they are back to original shape.Continental Bedding did not scrimp on the amount of down.They are slightly overfilled compared with other down pillows.If there was a sixth star, I would award it to these pillows.This is the most pleasing purchase I ever made on Amazon.

UPDATED: 3/29/2020. Gave these 4 stars originally. They seemed to be ok although they did have a detectable odor. I have since tossed both of them. The odor became more pronounced with use and I began to get a tender, burning (rash-like but with no redness or bumps) feeling on my neck, left shoulder and upper left collar bone area. Finally figured it must be the pillows that I 'scrunch' when I side-sleep. After I stopped their use and returned to a foam pillow the burning sensation went away in about a week. Be advised. (Amazon will most likely reject this one-star rating as they often do.)

Purchased my pillows April 2016 more than a year ago. Worth every penny I paid for them. Comfortable. Blows away shredded foam and similar materials. Recently asked a question about washing the pillows and then did a little research. There is a good instruction page on the Pacific Coast Feather Company website with the wash instructions. At $100 per pillow, it is not worth it!! These pillows look fluffy but within 5 minutes of laying your head down, it goes completely flat! I wake up and it feels like I’m laying on the mattress with no pillow underneath. These 5 star reviews must have been paid for. Do not believe the hype! The only good thing is the quality of the cover. Spending two bills on two pillows is not worth it. I bought 2 king sized pillows. We can’t return them because we’ve already used them. There was another goose down pillow at a lower price that I should have gotten instead.

Excellent. I bought these to replace a pair of down pillows that finally wore out. These are so much better, with enough support to watch tv but not so much that my head stays propped up when I go to sleep. There’s no smell, no prickly feathers, and they fit perfectly into my king-sized pillow cases. I’ve had them for almost a week, so I can’t comment on durability, but these are a great deal for the price.
