I just purchased my second bottle of this... I'm very happy with it. I suffer from stress-induced mild/moderate anxiety. With the first bottle, almost immediately I felt like there was a difference in my anxiety level when things get stressful. However, I did think maybe it was just because I knew I was taking this supplement. After I finished the bottle I didn't buy it again right away to see if, maybe I could keep my anxiety in check. Well, no- I couldn't. So, I purchased another bottle, and I'm very thankful I did. I still get stressed, but I don't have the anxiety and I'm able to work through it more calmly and collect my thoughts as to how to get through it. I know not everyone has the same effects to supplements, but this product really works for me. It's worth a try if you suffer from anxiety.

Bacopa helps with GABA receptor function and good for cognition up to 12 weeks. Seemed to work. Didn’t notice major differences but worth a try and don’t see much downside short-term, outside of the expense of it. I take it at night to help with sleep. I would recommend but don’t expect it to be groundbreaking.

Be careful if you're asthmatic. These inhibit acetylcholinesterase, which in turn will increase your available acetylcholine. I apparently already have more than enough, so any supplements that inhibit that enzyme lead to too much acetylcholine which then leads to too much mucus in my lungs which then leads to shortness of breath and some pretty bad asthma symptoms. It's a shame really, because I feel like this stuff was working, but I personally have to use other supplements for nootropics and sleep. Also be careful especially with Huperzine-A, which is probably the most powerful acetylcholinesterase inhibitor you can get outside of prescription.

Ashwganda has been super helpful and everyone recommends baco Mori too but I did not like the way it made me feel. Try it for yourself

This is an amazing supplement. I could tell the difference in my mood and energy the same day I took the very first pill. I take at least one (maybe two on a day where I have a little less energy or I’m feeling more sluggish) and I definitely notice the difference. A good friend recommended this, and I’m glad he did. I’ll be taking this for a long time.

Not sure why I even got these from Lex Luthor instead of direct from the manufacturer. Maybe Nootropics Depot was oddly out of stock. Weird. Regardless, adding these to my daily stack led to improvement in memory and limited cognitive function. It took a while for me to notice an effect, maybe two weeks, but it's now in permanent rotation. Enjoy!

I am in very good health . I already use mushrooms, lions mane etc with very good results. Thought I'd try this product. Terrible. after one week on I had to stop. It then took 1 week for my normal physical and mental energy to return. Beware...
