i ordered the custom engraved heart pendant... when i received it and opened it i found that the pendant although engraved as i asked was larger than measurements specified, chain was thin and flimsy and the bail was not a secure solid closed piece of metal... i requested a refund and my answer was due to the engraving they would not refund me for my purchase but they would send me another chain... i refused because they would more than likely send me another one that was exactly like what i received in the first place... i had to put my beautiful 9 yr old girl to sleep due to complications that she would not life thru... this alone was heart wrenching but to receive a pendant that i cant use just adds to my heartbreak...please before you purchase this item or any other pendant from another seller, make sure it is what you investigate the reviews and really read them before purchasing anything from anyone.....i thought i had sent a request to amazon for help on this matter but i dont think it went thru.... i followed a link at the bottom of the email that the seller's return email had at the bottom of the page... i have a feeling it went to a "round file"...

I ordered this back in early April after my baby passed away from cancer, and I love it. It was a bit hard to open, but you are able to open it with the provided screwdriver if you work with it a little. It is very good quality, and will not tarnish or turn your neck green like other necklaces. I wear it 24/7, even when I’m sleeping, and only take it off to shower. It is still the same shiny silver it was when I got it, and has not been discolored at all. It’s really nice that I can have him with me all the time without having to worry about it getting ruined or changing color.

Absolutely beautiful piece! Sturdy stainless with a well fitting screw opening. Once we got the ashes in, we put a tiny bit of Loctite on the threads just to make extra sure it didn't back out with daily wear. The tools, however, left a lot to be desired. The screwdriver didn't fit into the slot, the funnel was so small that it was difficult to get the ashes in, and the metal prod used to push the ashes through bends easily.

Bought 3 of these for out beloved Cockapoo Rusty. He was my dog but was very close to my parents are brother. After he passed we had him cremated and I filled one and attached them to an old collar to give to my family. It was easy to fill and get the screw back in and came with everything needed, mini screwdriver, funnel, and a little pick to make sure it fills and doesnt get stuck in the funnel. It was perfect and the perfect way to keep our pup close to all of us.

I love it! I put my the ashes of my dog that I had for 14 years in it. And I wear it every day. I miss him so much but having this necklace has helped me be okay with him no longer being with us. The only thing that I would change would be the size of the bottom of the funnel. It was a little difficult getting his ashes in the necklace.

This is beautiful that’s all I can say. I would highly recommend this for anybody who lost a pet and wants to carry him or her close to your heart.

Made with high quality and has weight to it. Engraving is very nice. The chain is even of good quality. Would highly recommend over more expensive websites that sell these exclusively. I have one from an exclusive site and this one is equal, if not better than that one.
