Love this pie pan. Makes any pie look twice as good!

I broke my all-time favorite pie plate and never thought I’d find one I liked as much. I was wrong—this one is even better! Beautiful color and design. Plus I love the fact that it’s bigger in diameter than most pie plates I’ve seen.

This is a lovely true red color and the ruffled edges are very pretty. Haven’t tried using it yet.

This is my second Emile Henry pie pan & this ruffled edge beauty is on another level. Pies come out of the oven looking absolutely beautiful! Got so many compliments. Perfectly baked lattice top & no soggy bottom! Was nervous about cutting & serving slices from this shaped pan, but it was a breeze. Very easy clean up, no sticking at all. Lovely rich red color. Very impressed with the size, weight & construction. Baking more pies than ever since I’ve purchased two Emile Henry pans.

Beautiful.Looks like a piece of art.There is concern about the color.I would say it is a burgundy or more like cranberry not a bright tomato red with orange tint.More of the blue undertones.I am a "winter" pallet and its my shade not Fall colors.Its lovely.Also it was reasonably priced and had hard to find deep ruffles.I just learned to make a pie crust you can mix in the pan.Cant wait to try!

I got one years ago as gift from my wife and enjoy it every time I bake with it. I currently give these out as wedding gifts and everyone loves them. These are unique and well made and bake very evenly for a deep dish pie plate.

I haven't made a pie yet, but did make au gratin potatoes that turned out perfect. All my baking dishes are Emile Henry and just as with my other pieces I never have to worry about how a dish will turn out, they are always evenly baked and perfect. Clean up is easy and they make beautiful serving dishes. The only downside to Emile Henry is that my kids are always trying to steal them, Emile Henry costs more, but is well worth it.

Non vedo l’ora di fare la mia Apple pie! Le dimensioni sono x 6... ma anche 8 persone... dipende quanto mangi! 🤣 comunque appena la provo in forno lascerò un’ altra recensione! Per ora sono super contenta!
